This is an extremely nice paint sprayer. It is simple and easy to use. The sprayer has three adjustable spray patterns: vertical, horizontal, and round. The reservoir has a one-quart capacity. A fifteen-foot hose gives plenty of length and maneuverability to work comfortably in whatever your workplace. The nozzle is a very fine 1.5mm needle tip which is ideal for stains, but it works for both oil and water based. Since the nozzle is so fine, it can be more prone to clogging, but as long as its kept clean by running thinner or alcohol through it, issues should be minimal. There is an easy-to-use adjustable volume control dial to control volume output. Everything stores compactly and easily inside the unit. The metal container makes it very easy to clean and increases the durability of the unit. Painted two sets of kitchen cabinets and got flawless professional results. Finish is perfectly smooth. Only complaint is that the grip is uncomfortable in the hand. Very fatiguing and finally started holding in two hands to control the motion. The strong air flow takes some getting used to. It blows quite hard and it will blow away any masking paper unless it is secured well with tape. For cabinets I frequently changed between horizontal, vertical and round spray pattern with ease.     • The best for painting furniture and cabinets

I built my own cabinets for my kitchen and to get the type of finish I needed to match my existing cabinets, I chose this sprayer. It was so easy to use and the different spray patterns gave my the exact types of finish I needed on the different areas of the cabinets. I sprayed primer on the cabinets first, then filled the container with water based urethane paint and applied 3 coats and my cabinets came out super glassy smooth! The sprayer can adjust the flow of paint, only. I like that the air is slightly warm, as it helps to set the paint up quicker, but doesn't atomize it as the paint is sprayed out. The long hose means I am not interrupted by constantly by moving the compressor around to access the parts I am spraying. Easy to clean in minutes. ... show more

Just be aware, you can’t control air pressure. You can only control paint pressure. So it makes really hard to spray something. It didn’t work out for me.

This was used to stain a teak patio furniture set and it saved time vs. having to do it all by hand. The stain came out as mist ; I did have to use a cloth to wipe down some spots but this would have been the case either way. Using this sprayer; it was easier to get the stain into some tight corners. I feel the price point is high. The sprayer works great with easy clean up it made painting the fence a breeze when I painted the fence last year by hand it took about 3 hours with the sprayer I was done in about 45 minutes
