Used on Fujitsu fi-7160. Not a lot of scan hours used but quite a few years from new. Guess roller replacement in order….but saw this first. It really works!!! Use when needed both to get rid of lines in scan and failure to feed every time. Scans are lines gone and feeds every time. Only needed when problem comes back. Buy multi-pack as same price as one! Fine by me!!! So..have a roller kit but use ing these til it no longer scans reliably. Just remember to keep opened packets in sealed bag as if dries out does not help. There is some wetness showing on first scan after this so be sure to run several pieces of blank paper to get rid of wetness after 2-3 times back through.Has some kind of fast evaporating liquid on cleaner sheets so keep in mind WILL dry out and not help. Highly recommend this as no problems noted in over a year since using cleaner sheets. ... show more

I never write reviews. I came back just to write this to hopefully help others. I regret not saving the copies of scanned images from start to finish but you have to take my word for it. We use a Brother Printer/Copier/Scanner with the scanner feeder tray. For years we've gotten lines on scanned documents and have tried cleaning with q-tips, wipes, cleaning "paper".. you name it we've tried it. It has always gotten to the point that we have to purchase a new machine. We run a business and send important documents that need to be 100% legible and 3 or 4 fine lines running the entire length of the document aren't going to pass. Finally I bought these. I put it in the scanner feeder like a normal sheet of paper, scanned the damp material. 90% clean. Flipped the material, scanned a second time, while still damp. 100% Clean. I was nervous it would get jammed and create more of an issue but it went through fine. I was at the point of needing a new machine either way. I will be keeping these in the supply closet from here on out. If you are searching for a feeder tray cleaner. This may just be the answer! ... show more

    • Didn't work for a Dell 1320C, but ...

I bought these sheets to clean a decade-old Dell 1320C, which had developed a multicolored smear on the right side of the page. I went with cleaner sheets immediately, because I couldn't figure out where the drum was that I would have to clean manually. Unlike other reviewers, I had little trouble getting the sheet to lie flat in the paper tray. On a couple of occasions, I did have to try multiple times to get it to feed. The printer reported a jam, but I just had to open it up and press the start button, and it tried to feed again. Ultimately, I found that it was much easier to feed the sheet through the bypass slot. Alas, by the time I figured this out, the sheet had dried too much to be useful. So I tried again with another sheet. Instead of cleaning the printer, the sheet made the problem worse. Now there were little black dots over about 1/5 of the printed page. Yes, I waited long enough for the drum to dry ... in fact, overnight. BUT, by looking at where the smears were inside the printer, I was able to figure out what was the drum I needed to clean manually. So now I think I know where to clean the drum with alcohol, and ultimately it is likely to be a success, despite the fact that the sheets themselves didn't work. ... show more

I have an issue of a regular "blank" spot on every paper I print, probably on the drum, and was hoping these cleaners would take care of it, but they didn't. They did come out somewhat "dirty" but the blank spot is still there. Next step is replacing the drum. There was an issue with the cleaning media. Because it had been folded into thirds and put into its wrapper it would not lay flat and I had a hard time getting the printer to pick up the cleaning "paper" and go thru the printer. ... show more

I bought a refurbished laser printer which had a dirty roller and was printing out some dirty pages, so I purchased this with hope that it would solve my problem, and it was PERFECT. With just one sheet, I cleaned the problem roller and my prints are now coming out clean. It was really easy to use, too. I just loaded the moist sheet into the paper tray, then prompted my printer to print a blank page a few times. Couldn’t have asked for a better result! ... show more
