Reading some of the reviews made me think this was going to be a daunting task. It really wasn't. I don't know if I watched an official video, but the one I did had a few parts in error ( naming a couple pieces, and the orientation of a set of cross members). The book appear as to have it all right though, so in conjunction you can't go wrong. There is a review here where the person did quite a bit of prep work. I would say I did half as much, and im super happy. I'm on the ground, but I did put a weed barrier down. I'm also up on cinderblocks, giving a little needed height and manageability. It's really solid. I'm in FL, USA. We are approaching storm season. I'll update a review after that. I secured it...decently. I had some confusion with shipping, and customer service was great. Fast response, and they followed a couple days later just to make sure I was cool. That was a big surprise. Nobody does that. We are already talking about getting another... or 2 more. We'll see.

For the first winter it was amazing and was a real plant saver. By the second year weather had taken its toll. I don’t think it will make three years.

A couple of problems. The main one is that the completed greenhouse - mine is 8' x 6' - bulges outward along the 8 ft. side. Perhaps only by a couple of inches each side in the center, but it means that the gutter pieces don't fit together and can't fit close to the polycarb. So, First, the rainwater comes down into the gutter and then half of it leaks out of the gap in the gutter. Second water gets down between the gutter and the roof support, and goes into the spaces in the polycarb panels. Blurs the panels, and I wonder how it is going to dry out, or will it grow green slime? Third, the instructions say that the base MUST be completely level - so the gutters are completely level. How is the water supposed to drain out? I elevated the back end by a few inches, but then have to seal the cold air from coming in along the bottom of the back and sides. Assembly was complicated, but once you get the hang of the diagrams, it gets easier. All parts were there, and well organized so you can assemble one area at a time. Definitely needs two people, and nimble fingers - the bolts etc. are really small. Good advice not to tighten screws down completely until all assembled. Gives a bit of room for wiggling bits together. Soapy water in a spray bottle is good for easing panels into slots. If I could find a solution to the water drainage problem, I would give it more stars.

This house showed up in two large boxes. The parts for each section, sides, front, roof, door, etc. were bundled together and packaged and clearly labeled. It took a few minutes to orient to the instruction manual. There are several steps where fasteners are installed in a part for several steps ahead, so pay attention to this or you may wind up disassembling and reassembling to install the missing piece. I only needed a 10mm socket (the included wrench will work but a 1/4 drive 10mm socket, large flat screwdriver and a Philips were all the tools that I needed to put the house together. The mounting frame was bolted to a semi-permanent foundation. The greenhouse was attache atop that. The material seems more durable than PVC plastic "zipper bag" greenhouses, added a solar light and it's golden

Initially, I thought this greenhouse would be the perfect solution to over winter some of my perennials. Sadly, it didn’t even make it to winter and began to fall apart. The winter has been pretty mild in my area with one windy day. The plexiglass cracked, the window portion collapsed, the sliding glass door does not stay closed and continues to come off the track, several of my plants have been ruined, and I’m very disappointed in the overall product. It was less expensive than the one I wanted, but based on the reviews, I thought it would suit my purpose for at least 2 to 3 years. I barely got 4 months use out of it.

Make no mistake, assembling this thing will try your patience, but the exercise is well worth the effort. Watch the video online, the instructions are somewhat vague in the book provided. The pieces are extremely flexible and only have strength when the panels become a unit. Once assembled, this greenhouse is very sturdy and attractive. The engineering is very accurate, so trust the instructions. I highly recommend laying out and leveling the foundation base first. Assembling the panels, and then fixing them to the base. I had to have my extremely experienced engineering mother come down 2 hours to help me in 3 different sessions. Instruction was very unclear and even with 10 people it was difficult to put together because things don't fit correctly. We ended up breaking some parts of the fiberglass and there are tons of small slots in the final structure. For the door we had to go to hardware store and drill new holes because the screws didn't fit in the allocated holes (yes they were the right ones). Update: after having it a year the greenhouse paneling is breaking under the sun. We had a few rain storms that blew a panel out but we couldn’t put it back in because of the quality of the paneling so we had to duct tape it on. I wish I bought something else.
