OK, I knew I was stacking my new Whirlpool washer and dryer before I even ordered them. The kit is a few simple parts, the feet, two lockdown brackets, 4 small bolts, and a couple of protective inserts. What does the store want for this kit? Why, $55-90! Drop my biscuits and call me hongry! $12 bucks and use my money for something else. These are the same parts, same box. I understand "overhead," but wow! The screws that come with this do not work. Too long and do not tighten. Frustrating!!!

Well… the dryer hasn’t fallen off the washer and it is not rocking so that’s a good sign! It fit our new Whirlpool washer and dryer great. That said, if you are using this for a new install - don’t expect the Home Depot installers to use it. They can only use ones purchased at the Home Depot even if it’s the same kit. 😕 I understand it from a legal point, but they didn’t have em in stock! So my husband and I got to do the dryer stack ourselves. 💪💪💪 😅 ... show more
