I usually wear a small to medium so I size up when I can't try things on - got a Medium and it was a big mistake. The XS would've fit me well but I've already unpackaged and worn one so I can live with the extra material. I was hoping I could wear these under my clothing in the coldest winter days but that isn't going to work. They bunch up under clothing, hence... pajamas. They are not fleece-lined; they are slick on the outside and "brushed" on the inside (similar to brushed cotton or flannel) so they are very comfortable against my skin, and they have a nice drape to them. But thermal underwear shouldn't drape, of course. Averaging $11 per set they are worth the price, I just wish I'd ordered 2 sizes down.
