Bought this machine for my business but when I receive this machine and set it up it would not work. The machine would not open, please so do not buy this head press and be careful buying heat press machine on amazon. I return the machine but amazon want me to wait thirty days for me to get a refund which is crazy. Customer service is rude and determine not to give money back. Everyone that talks to you is telling you something else. Please be careful.

I have had no issues with this machine since setting it up. It is easy to set the temperature & the size is more than enough for the shirts I use it for. Everything works as it should & it was a great price!

The media could not be loaded. This heat press was functional until I swapped the shirt press for the mug press. The the wire on the inside of the power box came loose and will no longer heat up. It’s unfortunate because I’ve only had it for 2 months and they only have a 30 day return window. I wish I could reach out and ask for a new power box.

Why doesn't it come with the mug press? May send it back once I get it. This is trash. I'm sending back. I don't want to put it together . I have to put every little screw together. That's a headache. .I got this and was the first to review. If you got the patience to put it together go ahead. This is also missing 2 wraps for the mugs press. This doesn't ha e the mug press anyway so what's the point.

The media could not be loaded. I have to say, when I ordered mine, there was only one review, so I was skeptical. However, I'm glad I took a chance and got this. Not only was it a good value for the price paid, but everything mentioned on Amazon was included. I'm not sure why the other reviewer was complaining about having to put it together. It was relatively easy. It shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes. All tools were included as well. This was shipped and sold by Amazon, so I wasn't that worried ... there's always an option to return if you run into problems. This is pretty heavy duty. I'm sure the postal employee that had to carry this to my steps wasn't happy. I'm excited to get pressing!

So .. I am with the other reviewer who said this is not hard to put together. Does it require some assembly.. it sure does! But it's not rocket science. It comes with all the attachments advertised.. I think I made out good with this one!!
