Used this to wrap my 350z. I am an amateur, so take that into account in this review. As someone wrapping a car for the first time, this stuff has been great, its incredibly forgiving and I've been getting a great result out of it. I would describe this as a medium tac vinyl, it holds decently before heating but it can still be pulled and repositioned without damage. The air release is great, it has limitations, but they are very broad. There is a ton of stretch in this wrap without discoloration, I had one point on this wrap job where I ended up two inches short on my cut, and I was able to pull the wrap to cover that space from about 10 inches free. Heat locks this wrap in very well, It's not going anywhere. The surface on this wrap is very "thin" with heat, you can see anything about the height of a grain of sand, so surface prep will be very important for a clean result. Finally, there is orange peel. Not very much, but there is some there. I do suspect that proper surface prep and polish will virtually eliminate it. Until Inozetek sells directly to consumer, this is the move.

Vinyl itself is a bit thick, rigid, unwieldy to work with but maybe that’s a good thing? Helps to install in hot weather because it’s not as pliable or stretchy as Avery vinyl, which was more beginner-friendly. If you like Avery product, this may be a learning curve as it was for me. Still, the color match is great and I’m hoping this will hold up to its current install purpose (bumper) and what it’ll be subjected too. Thickness may play a role. Anyway, highly recommend having a heat gun to stretch during install. Have a good felted squeegee too. Don’t forget to remove the thin clear protective top sheet they put on the product. Mine started peeling and I thought it was the product failing - my mistake! I bet taking it off would be made install easier! Nothing in the instructions mentioned this.

Bought this vinyl to wrap the roof of my car. Even brought it to a reputable and professional vehicle vinyl wrap shop near me who tried installing the wrap, but ran into multiple issues. Firstly, the vinyl scratches way too easily even with the “protective film” on top. Using a squeegee to install it caused various wrinkles and disfigurations in the material making it unusable. Final product looked horrendous, with all the scratches from a simple felt squeegee and had to be removed due to not even being able to have been installed properly due to being insanely tacky and sticky. Even with 4 people total, one on each corner - couldn’t get the material to lay flat as it was too sticky and impossible to pickup against without great force once it made contact with the paint. Do yourself a huge favor and save time and just buy the 3M higher quality stuff for slightly more!!!!
