KPMF 75400 Wrap Film Series VWS IV is a premium cast PVC vehicle wrap film engineered for high-quality automotive applications. Developed using advanced chemical and pigment technology, this film provides excellent dimensional stability, reliable outdoor performance, and long-term durability. The film includes non-visible air-release channels that help support smooth installation by reducing bubbles and allowing easier repositioning during application. Each roll is produced in a 60-inch width, making it suitable for wrapping large areas of a vehicle with minimal seams. This film can be used for full color-change wraps or partial accents and is suitable for hoods, roofs, trunk lids, bumpers, mirrors, door panels, decals, stripes, exterior trim, motorcycles, watercraft, and other smooth, non-porous surfaces. Its approximate 3.3–4.0 mil thickness offers strong conformability, and the cast construction is designed for long-term outdoor environments. The film is recommended for full wraps, graphics, signage, accents, lettering, and various customization projects. Expected outdoor durability is up to seven years depending on color and exposure, and the film is removable for up to three years under normal conditions.

    • Extremely hard for beginners!

I recently got into vinyl wrapping. The first thing I did was vinyl wrap tent on the headlights of my car. This process was extremely easy and I thought I had a decent grasp on working with vinyl and so I bought a sheet to put on my trucks hood. I WAS MISTAKEN the car vinyl was much less forgiving, had much stronger adhesive, and wrapped a lot easier so after two hours of constant pulling and smoothening, a final large crease in the middle of the vinyl caused me to have to get rid of nearly all of it and abandon the project. If you do take on this project, get at least one other person help and be extremely careful with where you remove the adhesive cover and do tiny bits at a time. Easy to use. Was my first time wrapping a car and it came out nice. Defiantly takes a little practice so buy a little extra for mistakes. I got the 5x50 roll and it just was enough to do my car.
