Features

  • Most Realistic Paint-Replacement: VViViD Vinyls presents the newest evolution in vinyl wrap technology. Our Ultra Gloss range is the result of years of research and development, culminating in an almost mirror-like Gloss that is virtually indistinguishable from a factory paint job.
  • Revolutionary Ultra Gloss films lend your car an almost mirror-like Gloss finish that, until now, has only been attainable by having your vehicles panels stripped and re-painted at great expense.
  • Nano Air-Release Technology: Air-release channels built into vinyl adhesive can sometimes create irregularities in the surface, making for a less glossy finish. VViViDs Ultra Gloss films are the only vinyls that utilize a micro air-release pattern so finely engineered that the result is an almost glass-like finish.
  • Stretchable Protective Cap: Unlike other vinyls, VViViDs Ultra Gloss comes with a protective film that stretches with the vinyl, so you dont have to remove that protective layer until the installation is complete, reducing the risk of scratches and scuffs.
  • Premium Features: VViViD Ultra Gloss vinyls are packed with unique new technologies, creating a stunningly beautiful finish. Ready to use right out of the box, no liquids or messy, toxic chemicals needed. For the car enthusiast who demands next-level refinement, look no further. Please note that due to specific procedures in hand-rolling and hand-cutting our vinyl wrap product, a 1 inch discrepancy may occur.

Description

Years of dedicated research and development have culminated in our Ultra Gloss range, offering a nearly mirror-like gloss that rivals factory paint jobs. Every aspect of car-wrap has been meticulously redesigned to achieve this finish. We've been in the vinyl wrapping game for over 10 years, trusted by millions of customers and showcased in world-class car shows. Our user-friendly vinyl wraps are easy to install and come with 500+ hours of video tutorials to help you get started. So why wait? Choose VViViD for your next vinyl wrapping project and experience the perfect combination of quality, affordability, and innovation! Post-heating is a crucial step in vinyl wrap installation that ensures a strong bond, smooth finish, and long-term durability. It activates the adhesive, enhances conformability, minimizes wrinkles, and prevents lifting over time. Heat-setting also reinforces the vinyl’s shape memory, reducing distortion and improving resistance to temperature changes. Forgetting this step risks premature wear and poor adhesion, making post-heating essential for a professional, long-lasting wrap. Post-heating is critical to preventing edge lifting. When vinyl is stretched beyond the edge of a surface, such as a hood, it will attempt to contract back due to its memory. This causes the adhesive to weaken, and the vinyl may pull away from the edge. Skipping post-heating accelerates this process, leading to premature edge lifting. Proper heating ensures the vinyl stays securely bonded, preventing the edges from lifting over time. These are CKWraps' must have tools to smoothly install vinyl wrap. VViViD has all the tools you will need to start your next vinyl project. Prepare your vehicle for a flawless vinyl wrap installation with CK Wraps. The preparation you do beforehand is just as important as the installation itself. Proper prep ensures a smooth application, long-lasting results, and a finish you’ll be proud to show off every time. Always install your vinyl lengthwise to achieve a clean, uniform finish. Most vinyl films are directional — especially matte, satin, and textured finishes — meaning the way they’re positioned affects how they reflect light. Proper alignment ensures a seamless, professional look every time. How to know what size of vinyl do I need for my project? Measure the longest points of your project, keeping in mind VViViD vinyl is always 5ft wide. Use a sizing chart for reference, buy a little more extra vinyl for errors, and use seams for large surfaces if needed. Can my vinyl wrap survive the winter? Yes! Your vinyl wrap can survive winter with proper care. Use a ceramic coating like FUSE for protection, wash regularly with a vinyl-safe soap, avoid scrapers, and don’t use hot water or high-pressure washers. Park in a garage when possible. What tools do I need to wrap my car? You'll need a heat gun to stretch and set the vinyl, a knife for precise cuts, a squeegee to smooth out air bubbles, buffers for the squeegee edges to prevent scratches, and a tucking tool for clean edges and tight spaces. Why VViViD vinyl wraps are better than paint? At VViViD Vinyl, our wraps are more affordable than paint, fully reversible, and protect your car’s original finish. Unlike paint, wraps resist chips, UV damage, and scratches. Plus, they install faster and offer endless design possibilities! Does this vinyl wrap require a heat gun for installation? Yes, you will need a heat gun as the vinyl's adhesive is heat activated. Heat softens the vinyl which makes it more pliable and stretchable, making it a lot either install. Post heating also contributes to the long term durability of the vinyl wrap. Correct mistakes like creases and wrinkles with some heat and start fresh! VViViD’s self healing technology is a key feature to the wrapping process. VViViD's Ultra Gloss films utilize a micro air-release pattern which results in its glass-like finish. VViViD’s Ultra Gloss comes with a protective film that stretches with the vinyl, reducing the risk of scratches and scuffs. VViViD Ultra-Gloss is the closest alternative to getting your car repainted. ‎ A huge variety of Ultra Gloss colors. Explore a diverse array of options in our Ultra Gloss collection! • As a newb, I'm amazed how well this stuff conforms! Honda ADV160
Size: 1.5ft x 5ft
I'll start by saying I've never wrapped a single thing in my life, so take my review for what it's worth. I bought this wrap to do the 2 center side panels on my new Honda ADV160. I was torn between the 2 available grey colors (this one and Nardo) and I chose this one because I thought the Nardo looked too dark, and I figured this would be too light, which it is. Anyhow, onto the performance of the vinyl. Being that I have no experience, I can't compare it to any other brand, but I was blown away that I was able to get this stuff to conform to what I feel is a very complex shape. I used a lot of heat and stretch, so we'll see if it pulls back at some point, but currently, it looks fantastic, and I have no distortion. I wrapped the panels on the bike because I think it'd have been a nightmare trying to wrap them on a counter while they moved all over the place. My bike has super narrow panel gaps and, as a result, very little area to tuck, so we'll see how it holds up. This vinyl stuck when I wanted it to and didn't stick when I didn't want it to. The vinyl itself was incredibly easy to work with, and had I chosen a simpler shape for my first whack at it, it probably would have been quicker/easier. The tools I used were a heat gun, a cotton glove, a felt-edged squeegee, a small, thin, firm squeegee to tuck, and an x-acto knife (I hate snap-blade knives). You'll need some 70% isopropyl alcohol to clean your surfaces with, too. Pro tip: the trigger squirter off a glass cleaner bottle should screw right onto the alcohol bottle for ease of use. Because the color is more of a complementary color rather than a match to my bike, I'm getting another piece of the vinyl to do the panel between the headlights & under the windshield so it looks more intentional than mismatched. Overall, I say give it a shot! It's just vinyl; it can come right off if you make a mess of it. ... show more

  • Easy to cut and apply on our plastic interior parts
Size: 1ft x 5ft
This worked well for our project. We had a car with the older burled walnut finish on parts of the door panel. The gray matched our interior and covered up the faded finish on the door panel. We were not using it to cover a car - just some interior parts.

  • Best wrap
Size: 3ft x 5ft
Has a clear protective film that you can peel off at the end of wraping that leaves the wrap nice and glossy.

  • Easy to use vinyl wrap
Size: 1ft x 5ft
Easy to install. Great color. Next time I think I'll try the nardo gray, this color was a bit lighter than I wanted but it will do for now.

  • Bad. DONT BUY! BAD RETURN POLICY
Size: 1.5ft x 5ft
Lay it down the right way the first time otherwise if you have to lift it back off that adhesive separates from the actual vinyl itself and lays all over the paint. If you try to lay the vinyl over that it will show through This is probably the worst product I've worked with.. I think they removed my comment on another vivid vynil I bought. It failed 3 months after I bought it. I install rap on motorcycles and cars and I've never had an issue like this. The glue is cheap. If you have to relift the vinyl the glue will separate from the vinyl and stay on the car. This is pretty garbage product. Buy something else. The return policy is crap. They acted like they were going to take care of me with the customer service so I was trying to go through them when I should have just reached out to Amazon and been like I need a refund. Irritated cuz I bought a whole roll to wrap my entire car and I'm out that money now so now it's my mission to let everyone know how horrible vivid is in their customer service. They blamed it on me they said the car wasn't clean. And I pressure wash the car wiped it down real good w acetone. " ILet it dry" then applied and a warm garage. I got the wrap in November and it started failing in end of December January. So I just pulled it off in January I ripped all the vinyl off and there's glue all over my car because of this cheap vinyl I'll never buy this again. I suggest vinyl frog or 3M I had some 3M that I put on the top so that the car was white with a black top. The 3M pulled off beautifully It didn't rip or break into pieces It didn't leave any glue behind It didn't hurt my paint. Vivitis trash do not buy this This is absolute garbage. I also bought a camouflage wrap from them It came all scratched up and distorted the picture with distorted It wasn't glossy It looks like it was cheaply printed. The gray that I got that I'm commenting on this was also garbage I didn't even use the roll. Good thing I bought a small amount ... show more

  • Not bad for never doing it before
Size: 3ft x 5ft
Great material, I don’t know on harder designs but this was pretty flat. Was able to use heat for the small bubbles and almost matches perfect to the ghost grey for the rzr
