This wrap is thicker than I thought it would be. Thicker due to the 3 layers. This has improved since some early Vvivid wraps. Seems more durable, the old paper backing is now a plastic material, so much nicer. Great color!

A slight shade darker than my 2006 Ram in Mineral Grey Metallic, the metallic flake is identical and looks great. I wanted to make my own wheel inserts to match my factory paint and this vinyl is by far the best match I have seen and the easiest to work with, as seen in the before and after pictures. I only used 7" in length per wheel so you can easily do two sets of wheels (5' roll). I attached the vinyl using the dry method as it is easily repositionable and very easy to line up and reset if needed, just smooth down with your finger. I must also add that removing the air bubbles is the best I have ever used on any Vinyl, I can definitely see this as a great benefit to wrapping a full vehicle, bumper, etc... color match bumpers may be next. ... show more

Wrap worked well around corners and flat areas. Really close to my Ram granite crystal metallic (PAU) color. Only issue I had is that it doesn't shrink much when not stretched. On corners I had to stretch it as much as I could then heat it to get rid of wrinkles. Other wraps I used would shrink smaller when heat was applied without needing to stretch. ... show more

Im a beginner when it comes to wrapping cars I’m simply trying to color match my truck the cheap way. I have a two tone truck so I bout this color and one other. The other color was easy and didn’t have any issues. But this vinyl is too thick and stiff to use. I tried to use a heat gun to stretch the vinyl around curves but whenever you stretch it it turns white. All around terrible vinyl I only bought it because the hood reviews outweighed the bad but after countless hours trying to make it work I gave up. First time wrapping a car. I've yet to try Avery or 3m for comparison, but this stuff is really nice so far. It goes down very nicely, and it's pretty forgiving. Any wrinkles I had came out with heat, but Ive only had maybe one wrinkle so far. The color was pretty accurate too, a little lighter but with this color I'm not sure how you could nail it with 1 picture. Will be buying from them again, and would recommend this product to others looking for an affordable alternative to the more expensive brands. ... show more
