The media could not be loaded. So the color isn’t as exact as they show. It isn’t as red. This wrap is pretty easy to install. Using a heat gun helps tremendously. And patience.

I bought the vinyl to wrap a Guitar for a project and it looks awesome. You must take your time and clean the surface extremely well. I haven't actually finished installing it on my guitar yet so I'm going to see what a little heat does to get around the tight radii on parts of the guitar. I cant mention enough times to clean the surface very well and take your time. No one is a pro with using vinyl the first time, so try some test pieces first. ... show more

The wrap I got looks like it was processed on the wrong side. The sticky part was exactly the color shown, but the part that is actually visible when you apply it is very dark, almost black, and pretty matte. It’s like they applied the glue in the wrong side. The vinyl itself seems to be good quality, hence the 3 stars. UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller offering a full refund just based on this review, which mean someone is paying close attention and I think that's fantastic customer service.     • Awesome wrap in the sun

I did a full body wrap on my dodge challenger in this color, and the color shift is amazing. It is very hard to tell what the color of the car is at any given time when the sun is out, however when it is not sunny it just looks black. Originally I loved that about it but now I am getting a little bored of it. But don’t let that steer you away from this wrap if you live in an area that gets tons of sun. I live in the northeast and sun is a luxury we get only 3-5 months out of the year, thus I am going to re-wrap my car in a new color, probably ultra gloss candy apple red. That being said vivid is a great company and the adhesion is great on this I’m not sure what other reviewers were mentioning but prep the surface well and it sticks that all that matters. Other then that it’s durable and the suggested life is around 5 years according to vivid, mine has been on for around a year now and everything is still perfect. I do recommend a vinyl specific ceramic coating to go on top to increase your lifespan. But regardless it’s a very good wrap and if it can wrap the corners which are a 9/10 difficulty on a challenger bumper then it can handle pretty much any other car. Let’s start by saying I like VViViD products and I have used them several times in the past. This review is about the miss match in the color rather than the quality of the product. I ordered the Matte Demon Black because it had that cool reddish undertone, almost like a black cherry effect, however the wrap does not match the color. Same as another reviewer it seems like you can see more of that color on the “glue side” than the actual matte side , so the photo on the ad is misleading. It doesn't have any red, or reflect light the way it is shown in the images. It looks brownish. It looks like it has glitter, rather than a metallic finish. Have not tested/used the product, as it doesn't look good.
