Very nice adequate size. The striker could be much better, its steel seems not quite hard enough either for good grating nor for generating good sparks. I used the blade from a utility tool to get great shavings and sparks. Fire lit on first try with wax paper to ignite kindling.

We got this fire starter to keep for emergencies. It look much better in person than we expected and really good quality. It has a good grip and seems very durable. It’s lightweight and easy to keep in one of your bug out bags or on a keychain if you needed to. I wanna buy a couple more of these to have for emergencies.
