They are smaller than the pictures lead me to believe and they are not perfectly clear but clear enough. The tops are a pain to clean and use because the gasket keeps getting in the way or falling off. The largest containers are not good for things that you would use a measuring cup for, like flour or sugar. They are tall and too narrow to fit a 1 c measuring cup. Things got really messy when I tried to get powdered sugar out. They are good for things like noodles and cereal, but they are too small for a normal sized box of cereal. In my home, I keep everything in glass mason jars to keep out moisture. But I needed something light weight for our RV. These are a little hard to snap close. The lid sits on top of the container, rather than inside a lip, so I'm not sure how well they will seal. Time will tell. These are great storage containers. They keep food fresh and the ants out. Terrible year for ant in Florida. My only problem is if you have arthritis hands these are hard to open because they take some strength to lift the flaps. For normal people no problem at all.

The plastic seems a bit thin, and the covers aren’t microwave-safe, but these are a great value. Very good for everyday items. You may want to grab some extra large containers, because they look bigger than they are.

I just moved to Florida and put anything prone to attract “critters” in airtight containers. I even transferred my butter from the big tub when it was more than halfway used to save room in my fridge and it works great. I would like to get some bigger sizes now for my flour, brown sugar, etc.

I am reviewing this purchase over a year after purchasing. I’ll admit I have taken into consideration supply chain issues and materials being poorer quality since the CV19 took the world by storm. However, apparently as humanity we still want to complain about stuff as crazy as storage containers. Any picture whether house or product or people is subject to look different at different angles. To call it deception is funny. If we look at all the pictures we can tell they aren’t window after windex clear. However they are clear and see through. Now don’t get me wrong a broken lid in shipment and all those types of things sometimes most times are not the fault of the company but of the shipping carrier. Yes they are small but I saw that when I purchased them and wonder how that isn’t noticeable in the pictures. I knew the biggest would not hold cereal which is why I had cereal containers from Walmart. Never had an issue with any of the lids or containers and trust I have a heavy handed teen who uses these. Still going strong which is how I ended up back on the product. Ended up purchasing other brand because I wasn’t paying attention (yup I’m accountable for my mistake). Went back to orders to order correct ones which are these. If you don’t like them just send them back, Amazon is great at returns. I just returned the incorrect ones from another company no problem. When I’m looking for reviews of items I want to know whether the product works, and what the quality of the used product is. That’s how we get an honest feel for something we are buying. People complaining about a product they didn’t research enough or even didn’t like upon arrival because of the color does not help anyone know if the product works or not. So if you’re looking for a review to help you know if these are good containers, absolutely they are and they last. I’m only purchasing more because we are in a new home with more space to store things. The only complaint you see here is about the complaints that don’t have anything to do with whether the product is good, lasting or any of those things that help when purchasing. ... show more
