I was so excited when I received this. I bought this tools for my dad installing new garden shelves at our backyard. Everything in the picture is included and all of the tools are very useful and a great value for a lot of tools inside. He said it was comfortable to use and very easy to handle because it's lightweight(but for a lady, I feel heavy), and the battery also has a long life. The storage box is solid and strong, opens and closes easily and perfect for keeping everything organized and easily accessible. My dad like this so much and he said this is a very good tool set.

I have used this tool since January 2022, it has worked very well for me, its powerful enough to remove tire lug nuts and other bolts in my truck. The battery is advertised as 21 volts, but its a regular 18 volt battery compatible with the Makita 18 Volt system (Lion cells will reach 4.2 volts fully charged, 4.2x5=21), you can use the tool with Makita batteries, but you can't use this tool battery with Makita tools. If you do use Makita batteries with this tool, be aware there is no communication between the Makita Battery and this tool, so use at your own risk and check battery status to avoid discharging the battery too much. This wrench is great for the price, and is now at a lower price than when I bought it.

The media could not be loaded. FIRE HAZARD! PURCHASE THIS ITEM AT YOUR OWN RISK! I purchased this item a couple of years back and have only used it a handful of times. And it worked well. However, just a few days ago, my wife woke me up just past midnight, because she went into the garage and detected an odor of smoke. So I went to the garage to investigate the issue and I could not figure it out, as I did not have anything plugged in, Or actively charging. Needless to say, we went to bed, but could barely sleep because we were worried that there may be a slow burning fire in the garage. The next day, I decided to investigate a little further. What I discovered shocked me. As I picked up this drill and other items on the shelf to look for the issue, I discovered the source of the smoke odor. As can be seen in the pictures and the video, the base of the drill actually caught fire at some point. Luckily, I kept it on the shelf away from other flammable or combustible items. Because this could have clearly set my house on fire and potentially kill me and my family. The strange thing is, it was not plugged in to be charged. I simply placed the battery into the drill and set it on the shelf. This is clearly a defect, because typically and usually ion batteries are hazardous when they're are actively charging. I tried to reach out to the vendor through amazon customer service. However, the only thing they were concerned about was if I was eligible for a refund. I clearly stated that this item was a fire hazard and needed to be recalled. I did not care for a refund. I cared about making sure that no one would inadvertently endanger themselves or their family by purchasing this item. And yet they did not care to hear me out beyond my eligibility for a refund. Shame!!
