Very disappointed. I’ve never purchased a wig that didn’t come with the stock card & the outer packaging that has a cardboard frame to keep the unit from getting squished. I washed the wig and cut, curled & styled it to my liking. It is a lovely unit. I would buy this unit again. I just wish it had came in its packaging. I and many in the wig community go by the motto of if it doesn’t snap(the stock card with original plastic tab) send it back. I hope if I buy another one that the item comes with better inner packaging. ... show more

Ok I love Amazon. Yes there wigs are cute and nice and some are great and come very quickly. This time they dropped the ball on this one. Well I had this wig before I bought with another company the wig I had got earlier stretched out and worn out, so when I seen it again on Amazon I was happy and excited. I purchased this wig unit it came very quickly. So when I opened the package I was very upset because it came in some CHEAP plastic cellophane zip lock wrapping bag. My first thought was this is not the right wig unit. As I took it out it felt hard rough and cheap not soft at ALL. It wasn’t pixie it all was a shaggy old wiggy old lady wig no disrespect to the older ladies but it was a ugly dry dog rag sitting on my head. I don’t even believe it’s human hair it felt like synthetic hair The back or the front aren’t like the pictures at all Very misleading. This is NOT the wig at all same pictures different unit and If I’m not mistaken I paid more for the last one they need to take the pictures of this wig unit down because it’s incorrect . I’m very angry If I could I would send it back tonight .As quickly as it came is as quickly as it’s going back lol. Now I either have to get my hair CUT which I was trying not to do right now or find another cute wig very soon and hope and pray it comes before Valentines Day with hubs I rebuke you will NOT mess my VDay surprise up! I ordered this wig September 2022 and it looks and fits the way it’s pictured. I was completely satisfied with it. I only had to trim a little around the ears. The quality of the wig was decent for what you're paying for. The hair is soft and the wig is not too tight, sitting very comfortably. I Ordered the brown but the color was brown with a reddish tint and looking completely tacky. I ended up dying it and tapering the sides myself. It was more like a nice little project. It came out pretty decent. The work is worth it but it definitely needs work if you don't want it to look like a complete wig. ... show more

Literally came apart and hair fell into my sink coming out of the net! Huge gaps and coming apart as shown in the picture. I'm tired of these vendors thinking they can sell black women crap and I'm tired of Amazon allowing it! I've seen better construction on synthetic wigs! Completely useless and I couldn't even put it on! DO NOT BUY this wig. And before anyone says what do expect for a cheap wig, I expect to get a wig. The vendor decided the price and should provide a viable product. Period. On top of it the shipment was late-something else that is happening more and more with "Prime."
