Powerfull, but eats batteries. you need fairly new fully charged 5 AH dewalt batteries for a few 3/4" dozer track bolts. I changed out about 80 track pads on a cat d4h xl3 dozer with this and a 1" air impact. this would keep up and is much handier but you better have 2 or 3 chargers going preferably with 6-12 AH 60v batteries. if you have an old or weak battery, it wont hardly spin over a few turns then die. ... show more

    • I'm very happy with this electric impact wrench. It's lightweight and powerful.
Likes: Lightweight. Batteries easy to change, charge and monitor. Built-in task light. This tool is far more handy in my tasks than my old air wrench, but does everything I need. Dislikes: None, so far. I use the product just to maintain my personal vehicles and equipment, but I imagine it would serve the needs of a small commercial shop. For industrial or high-output jobs, I am aware that there are far more powerful and more expensive tools, but I have no such needs, so this fits my requirements very well, at a reasonable price. I have other DEWALT tools, so can share batteries. ... show more

Enough said, if you need a high torque cordless, that far exceeds the 330 ft/lbs of the DeWalt 1/2 drive model, this is a great investment. But do not start with this tool on any old rusted in bolts, most likely all you will do it sheer the bolt right off. Only use this for something that really needs it Such a crankshaft pulley bolts, etc ... show more
