I bought these because of the price. Happy to say they didn’t disappoint. They are very comfortable and true to size. I’m on my third day of working on landscaping in my yard. The lawn is very wet in the morning here but these boots keep my feet very dry. Never slipped once. A+

NOT A HIKING BOOT These boots aren’t adequate for hiking but for a casual dress shoe they’re great. Super comfortable and warm, they look great as well. Laces were easy to tie out of the box and I’ve worn them for one week daily they don’t seem to have an issues yet. They’re not very breathable which is good for colder weather. Removed a star because I’m not sure why they’re advertised as a hiking boot. The insole doesn’t support it and I don’t think its build is sturdy enough for real hiking. Since I got these for dress anyways it’s no big deal but it could misguide other buyers especially not seasoned hikers. ... show more

Gave them 5 stars because they're nice looking and comfortable at a $45 price tag. These boots feel a little lightweight and may not last long but replacing them frequently will be less painful at that price.

To give you a more comprehensive view, my relationship with these boots is complicated. For someone who’s an avid hiker, my expectations for performance, comfort, and durability are set fairly high. While the boots performed reasonably well in some aspects, they did leave room for improvement in others, making them a mixed bag. 🥾 Aesthetic Appeal: Looks to Impress but Not to Last The Vostey hiking boots are undoubtedly stylish. The first time you put them on, you’ll feel ready to conquer not just mountains but even casual social outings. However, the aesthetic quality comes with a caveat: durability. After a few hikes, the material started to show signs of wear, and the color began to fade slightly.
