Completely as described. Cute! Chunky! Good material feels well made and sturdy. Easy to put on. Perfect for costume. One small drawback. The 10 run big by half a size. I'll just wear thicker socks and or use an insert. But buyer beware. The size 10 fit like a 10.5.

They run big! Had to return the first pair for a half suze smaller and they sent me a USED pair!!! The first pair where new in a box. This pair was in plastic no box.
