I love my black tub

Exactly what I wanted! Exactly what I wanted!
Style: Left-Hand Drain With Armrest
Size: 60" x 32"
Color: Matte Black
I wanted a black bathtub and tile, to basically have my own sensory deprivation chamber. I was worried buying a tub online, thinking how on earth would I return it, but it came wrapped extremely well, with extra cardboard cover and a clear plastic seal that stayed on the whole time the tile was going in. It's absolutely gorgeous. The bottom also has adjustable feet, in case the floor isn't perfectly level during the install. All in all, I'm extremely happy with my choice!

Arrived in minimal packaging and item was broken
Style: Left-Hand Drain With Armrest
Size: 60" x 32"
Color: Matte Black
Packaging was torn and the tub itself was cracked all the way through the black acrylic in two places. There was no bubble wrap, foam, or any kind of padding or protection in the box. Just the tub in a torn up box. I love the tub itself and it's beautiful, but broken.

Unexpected let down Unexpected let down
Style: Left-Hand Drain With Armrest
Size: 60" x 32"
Color: Matte Black
The tub arrived looking used and re-boxed in a box that was broken up, and held together with tape. I opened it hours after it was delivered, too late to send it back with the service, and found the Edges were chipped. Very frustrating, causing more time, delays, and more expense in building a tub surround to cover the damage. The drain cover color didn’t last long before the color began coming off as well! Disappointing to say the least for the price! I requested a refund or partial for the condition, as I didn’t have the vehicle to return it to a local Wholefoods, and would have to pay an additional installment fee for the installation specialist to return, so I kept it with a heavy heart for avoiding further delays, expense, and inconvenience. No discounts, or partial refunds, just frustration and fear of future expenses, if/when it shows that the quality didn’t hold up.

nice and deep
Style: Left-Hand Drain With Armrest
Size: 48" x 32"
Color: Glossy White
Came in perfect condition. Looks well made. Adjustable legs are nice. Drain mounting flange was real thick. Overflow was bigger hole then usual. Wait to get your tub before setting plumbing as their specs are wrong. Very satisfied. The curb could have more of a sloop as the water wants to not drain into tub .

Cracked & Scratched...
Style: Left-Hand Drain With Armrest
Size: 54" x 30"
Color: Glossy White
It arrived with the corner shipped. I figured thats fine, will be hidden in the tile. Once tub was installed, I noticed a hairline crack inside the tub, that collects dirt. Tub is also knicked in a handfull of places. It is very fragile. NOT recommended. I am stuck with it now... Buyer beware.
