These are nice shorts. I reccomend sizing up. My husband is 6ft, 245lbs and he normally wears a 36, I sized up to the 38s and These shorts fit like a 36. There is no stretch to them at all up top, that's why reccomending to size up if you are...hefty... 😉

I am a fan of Volcom shorts. I had a pair that were similar to these, and they lasted a LONG time. When it was time to replace them, I found these on Amazon. The cut/fit is perfect, the material is very nice, and they are so comfortable with the stretch. I am glad that they do not stretch at the waist because I can wear my shorts without a belt. I saw these ran small so I sized up. Unfortunately when I got them, they were still a bit too small. I should have went up two sizes instead of one. Lesson learned. The material seems to be of good quality though. The length was nice as well. If I had got the right size I feel like these would have been a very comfortable, long lasting short. ... show more

Tried and exchanged a size36 for a 34. Still too big but a 32 would be too small. Hope they shrink a little. The right knee length for me.
