The first car I purchased experienced an issue where the gear that controls the mechanism had ground away, so when the steering servo motor spins, there was no more contact with the steering mechanism. My husband is a huge RC guy he has some high quality ones that cost us hundreds of dollars. I bought this one for his birthday thinking he might like it. He loves it even though it was cheap compared to his others. He has been playing with it every day! It’s very durable can handle all terrain and the battery lasts a pretty long while. Out of all the RCs I think this is one of the easiest to operate. Even I had fun driving it around. I would definitely purchase again and if your on the fence just get it. Wasn't expecting much...so I wasn't completely disappointed. Very cheap and the remote throttle might as well just be an on/off switch. There is no middle or throttle modulation, its either full throttle or nothing. Makes for a very interesting amd difficult driving experience. I bought this car cuz I thought it was going to be fast it's just 24 plus kilometers an hour. Jerky it felt like 15 tops. Also very small and cheap feel like those 19.99 rc cars u see at big lots. Not happy with that. I mean looks sick, but I rather get the Walmart drift car. Cheaper bigger and felt nice. The reason I got this one instead is because not a big fan of Ford mustangs JDM over here. ;) ... show more
