It wouldn’t be so much of an issue if it wasn’t white. Wasn’t able to assemble because it didn’t get in. Had to take some pliers and use some force to try to straighten it out but of course even if I tried my best to not scratch it, that wasn’t the case. I would’ve returned the item, but was in a time crunch to set yo the room. Bought two sets. The other one came scratched. They are sturdy and reasonably priced if you’re willing to overlook the cosmetic imperfections. ... show more

This bed was good enough for the price. The materials are cheaper quality but I’m pleased with the overall look. It didn’t take too long to put together, but I had a hard time getting the rails in for under the mattress. I do wish there was a side rail of some sort, because the mattress slides right off the side. I had to purchase these mattress slide stoppers to attach to the sides of the bed (circled in the picture) so my sons mattress would stay in place. Overall it’s a good transition bed until we invest in something with better quality, but not a forever piece of furniture. ... show more
