I am so obsessed with these chairs. They are perfectly modern and chic. One of the bases arrived with a large scratch on it. I reached out to the company and they were very quick to respond and offered me a new base at no cost. I 100% recommend this product and company.

I had the exact same model and color, maybe even made by the same manufacturer. Had to buy another one because the seat cover ripped (used for about 3 years). This one gave grief (tight fit of the parts) to my son who assembled it but he finally made it work. The difference was that the tube for the feet to put on became much shorter. The new chair is not as comfortable for me to use as the old one. And my son could not use the old base because the parts' dimensions did not match at all :( Also, beware: the orange material is not real leather so don't expect it to last "forever" ... show more
