    • There's no way to lock the chair in place
For the most part the chair serves the purpose for which I bought it and that was to use while doing my granddaughter's hair. However, as with all children, once they discover that the chair spins around, they like to spin. My granddaughter loves sitting in the chair so she can spin. A lock just would have been nice to have in order to keep the chair in place while doing her hair. Otherwise, I'm happy with my purchase along with my grand baby🙂. ... show more

The Bar Stools are easy to assemble and comfortable to sit in. They add a stylish décor to my kitchen and the silver base of the stools are beautiful. I wanted a bar stool that I could pull out and slide under my kitchen counter top with ease. There is a kind of durable plastic under the bottom base of the stools that allows them to move on my hard wood floors with ease without damaging my floors or the base. However, I feel, these bar stools work best in a large space where it would be feasible for them to remain stable and simply turn the stool to sit and swivel.
