I really like these curtains. The fabric is soft and not wrinkled. The color and pattern are just what I wanted. Darken the room well when closed. Can’t assess energy efficiency yet. I’m very satisfied with them.

Beautiful! The quality of the fabric & craftsmanship rivals high-end, luxury, custom-made, window treatments. The tie-backs included were the 1st thing I took out & I when I saw the motif, the colors, felt the fabric, & saw the tailoring & detail of the TIE-BACKS?! I knew the draperies would be perfect. Its terribly difficult to get an idea of how something will work w/your decor from an item pictured. These are more lovely than the photo could possibly show. I prefer clean lines & textures, & a no-frills classic, tailored style. I purchased the "Floral Botanical Flower Leaf Pattern" & let me say, there is no design contradiction. The subdued color palette went perfectly with my bedroom decor, but before I ever even saw them in my bedroom, I knew I'd be hanging them somewhere in my new home - if I had to design a room's palette around the curtains. They are just that lovely. As for the specs: My bedroom has a huge nearly floor-to-ceiling window that measures around 75"H by 112"W. I purchased 2 pairs of the 52Wx84L curtains & they fall to a perfect length. Even with Florida sunshine beaming thru such a large window, if I want to retreat to the bedroom for a Sunday nap at high noon, I can pull the drapes & totally block out the sun. I'd describe the fabric as having a weighty silken feel. Very soft to the touch but not overly shiny silky. I like a room to transform at night, & golden lamplight plays off certain colors in the fabric lending a luxurious iridescence in the evening. Seriously. The things are GORGEOUS. ... show more
