This is literally the worst interface I've ever experienced on a smart TV. It is way too slow for the processor being used and the remote lacks functionality. On top of that the picture quality is poorer than my Pioneer I bought for half the price. The remote control has no FF or RW function so you have to use the wheel which often results in changing the channel instead of forwarding or rewinding the current program, thereby deleting the buffer.     • Great features, unwanted advertising
These televisions are excellent at their base functions. The screen is vibrant, the free sync technology lets me game to the max, and the sound is fine if you don't want to purchase a sound system. Screen controls are the right mixture of simplistic yet personable to allow a great viewing experience. The negative sides of the television are a tiny remote (like a child's remote), predatory advertising on the main screen that you can't disable without formatting the tv and NOT updating/connecting to the internet ever, you can't use the smart features without creating an account to the company (you don't own half the tv without them owning your data) Even if you don't want to connect this device to the internet, which I would recommend not doing (just use another device to stream that doesn't spam you with advertising.), this television is a great buy. I don't believe that enough gamers understand or know about free sync technology yet, or how affordable a great and great the 4k picture is on this device.     • Great picture with really nice processing speed.
I had to replace some less expensive Vizio Tv's that were 1080p quality. I have these for my cabin in the mountains and have to use apps on a 10 meg internet connection. The 1080 models had terrible processors and was slow changing and loading apps. Some apps such as Hulu would constantly freeze and error out. With this model, the picture quality is really nice and the processing speed for apps is outstanding. I would recommend this to anyone. ... show more

Firstly, when I got the TV I found out it was not 120hz as advertised. Then after several days of use I noticed there were defects in the screen backlight. So at that point I was well within my return period and tried doing so. To my surprise, they denied it and even said they did not receive my return. It wasn't until I showed them the tracking receipt and confirmed it was delivered for the past SEVERAL days did they notify me that I was "outside of the return period". Rather than argue I got CS involved and they refunded me after confirming they had the returned product. Stay away from Beach camera third party seller. ... show more

Good picture won't stand sturdy on the legs wiggles back and forth won't allow you to register more that one Vizio tv on your network. So no apps logged in... just plain b.s. smart TV you can't logged in to?!?! Garbage
