Vivosun VST-P448 at first I didn't believe everything came. Got on phone with Amazon and was told there were no other packages than one for this product. Thought I was going to need to contact manufacturer. Turns out the floor tray which I thought I had not received is the same material as the tent itself and not a rigid tray. Set up seemed simple to me. Support rods are tough to snap on the up tubes (B/C tubes). Yes they snap on and then can be positioned as you like. Put it together where it's going to be it probably won't fit through doors. Check your parts look through the directions for the model

Tent was very well packaged and even had an extra strip of cardboard under the seam so wouldn’t cut fabric when opened . Material is very heavy duty almost like condura. Parts clearly marked and numbered/lettered with easy to follow instructions took me maybe 30-45 min alone to get it up . Poles are plenty ridgid enough to hold up my fans lights and exhaust . Zipped myself up inside to check for light leaks and could t find one anywhere . Zippers are of decent quality and need to make sure flaps inside tent on zipper lay flat after unpacking or may have light leaks through zipper itself . I’d have any that aren’t flat use a hair dryer and heat up slightly and they’ll lay right down . Over all very happy and is very comparable to ac infinity tents at much lower cost

I absolutely love Vivosun, I have the 4x2 pro and a lot of other products. I decided to upgrade to this behemoth so I could have a easier time. It's a little difficult to put up at first especially if you never built one before. But it is a extremely well thought out product and will definitely provide any environment you need.

Lots of room for improvement on this flat out there will never be a sale low enough for me to suggest to buy this product. Poor stitching creates a neat design like a jack o lantern on the floor walls ceiling.

I wanted a good sized grow tent for my fruiting plants to go into (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, etc). I have plenty of space to not actually need a tent, but I wanted one to contain the light better so my grow area wasn't lit up so much. I opted for the pro version (P448) tent for extra support and and the horizontal structure support it offered. So let's get into this. First off, the tent came packaged very well IMO. There was even an additional 'safety' later of cardboard placed along the taped sections to help prevent you cutting through the tent when opening it (smart). Inside the box everything was packaged into smaller parts that were all related and easy to distinguish for layout purposed. Next, make sure you have plenty of space because this thing is HUGE when unfolded. On mine, I had to run the zipped then entire course and back again to get ride of the strange separation that happened while packaged but it was a simple fix - no damage. The setup went well, although since the tent is very thick I would recommend having a second helper if available as I did struggle a bit getting the frame into the tent at the very beginning. After some work, and some wiggling back and forth... I had a tent! Now for the part that upset me about this tent. The very last step in the manual was putting in the horizontal support beams. Well, to put it bluntly, they do not fit. It was like an extra thing they added to the pro tent that wasn't made for it and did not attach to the thick support poles. I'm a strong guy and worked as hard as possible and there is absolutely no way they would fit without breaking something. I saw on other reviews that this was an issue, but figured that may just have been a one off problem. Nope! Now it's a me problem too. I reached out to Vivosun support via email, and they have not responded to me in any way, which is a shame. I would hate to spend all the time taking this apart and trying to get it back into that box the way they had it for a return, so I'll keep it - without having a use for the support bars. What I will not be doing in the future is buying any more products from a company that only cares about the sale and not the customer. Not even responding to me said everything I needed to hear. I will be going with another company for me needs from now on. Which is a shame because I was going to order many other of their products to complete my setup this week.

This is my first grow tent and am very happy with it. It was easy to erect only needed help putting the cover over the frame. Looking forward to starting my garden seeds in a safe place. I looked at a few before buying this one and am glad I did because this one has the size and extras I wanted. I recommend it, good price and durability.

This grow tent is very well made compared to others I have had in the past. The framing poles are heavy-duty, and the density of the tent material is well-made to thickness. Plenty of room inside the tent. Overall this was a great buy.
