We all know that sometimes Vivosun products mis the mark but not this time. This is an awesome tent! Material is thick, zippers are large and good quality, stitching is tough. It is very easy to assemble and well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this tent over any of its competitors. I’m going to buy another one! EDIT: After a couple months of use I defiantly found some things that could be a bit better. 1. The tent's air vents are too small and few to easily control the environment (fan is always running to get humidity down) 2. The viewing windows are useless and cause some light leaks. 3. The zippers are heavy duty but also leak some light. A simple flap of gorilla tape inside will help.

The vivosun 24"×24"×48" pro grow tent is much better quality than I had expected at this price I set it up, and was impressed by the quality and attention to detail. The canvas is thick and completely lightproof, perfect environment for my plants. The metal poles are sturdy and provide excellent support, and the assembly was straightforward. One of the standout features is the reflective Mylar interior, which maximizes light efficiency, helping my plants thrive. The tent maintains the perfect temperature and humidity, which is critical for cannabis. I like the compact size it is ideal for limited spaces while still providing plenty room for my plants to grow, I fit five plants into this tent once developed I placed three outside. It fits perfectly in my apartment and works seamlessly with my grow lights and ventilation system. Overall, the vivosun tent has exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it!

Vivosun has come through. This tent is huge. The quality is superb. Installation was a bit tough and I highly recommend that you have a second set of hands to help you, doing it alone Won't be easy. Everything went together, perfect. The instructions were crystal clear. All the parts were lettered and numbered, so there was no way to make any mistakes, which made it a breeze to put it together. The only thing I suggest is if you can, lay out the tent and assemble the poles with the tent on the ground to make it easier to put the tent up. Its pretty difficult to put it together once all the frame is built. Other than all this I have to say that Vivosun is a great brand and highly recommended. Their customer service is some of the best as well.

Everything was there. Some what easy to assemble in tight spaces. Fits perfectly in my room closet. Be easy on zipper it does get stuck if not carefull. Keeps a good 50 percent humidity without spray bottle. Very sturdy. Overall very cheap for over price.

great tent the quality seems nice it was pitch black when I zipped myself inside. The zippers seem strong and the high cfm kit is very nice to have with it. Also vivosun customer service is absolutely fantastic!

Bought this tent because I needed more grow space. Decided to go with the VIVOSUN because I had one already and was pleased with the quality and ease of assembly. This one however, everything went well with the assembly except for the installation of the support poles. Simply put… THEY DO NOT FIT! I tried to force them on but the poles are just too wide. I plan to email VIVOSUN regarding this purchase however judging from others I don’t expect them to do anything about it, but we will see. For now, poles are sitting outside of my tent useless. If you need to use the support poles, I recommend buying a different tent. Update: I contacted VIVOSUN via email regarding the support poles. They acknowledged the poles were a tight fit and could be forced on. That solution seems okay however I felt that would compromise the integrity of the poles should I need to move them. They offered me a refund for the value of the poles which I accepted. Now I need to just find the right poles. The customer service team was exceptional. They responded quickly to my inquiry and came to a resolution within 24 hours. I will definitely continue to support this company.

Never got to actually use this tent. It arrived missing 4 supporting poles. I'd already partially assembled it before I realized they weren't in the box. Of course I reached out to Amazon's customer service. Amazon's first rep asked me to box the whole thing and ship it back for a replacement. It wasn't possible because it was not going to fit back into the little box that was the original packaging. Plus it was too heavy to walk it from the parking lot into Kohl's. So the rep proposed something unusual instead. He said that Amazon would send a full replacement tent first, I was to pull the poles I needed from it, and UPS would pick up the now-incomplete replacement afterward, still in its original packaging. All of this was in writing through Amazon's chat, so I agreed. Two days later, a UPS driver showed up to collect a package that hadn't even arrived yet. Even he thought the scenario was unusual. I contacted Amazon again, and a second rep told me they simply don't process returns that way and that arrangement wasn't happening. Instead, since they couldn't just ship the missing poles on their own, he issued a full refund and placed an order for a complete replacement tent. I pointed out that this left me stuck with a broken, half-assembled tent I now had no use for and no clean way to dispose of. He apologized and said the replacement should arrive soon. IT NEVER DID. It's been nearly a month, and the replacement has sat on indefinite backorder the entire time, with no shipping estimate. So, I contacted Vivosun directly through Amazon's messaging portal, hoping the manufacturer could just send the 4 missing poles. Should be an easy, trivial fix compared to a whole tent replacement. Vivosun asked a few questions about the situation, then told me I was stuck working it out with Amazon since I'd contacted them first. I explained that I'd followed Amazon's own return process, and that the tent was sold by Vivosun regardless of who fulfilled the order. They never responded again. End result: I have a refund and nothing else. No tent, no poles, no replacement in sight, and no way to just buy the missing parts. My only real option now is buying a tent from a different brand entirely so I can avoid another similar experience. If you buy this, inspect every piece the second it arrives and don't expect Vivosun to stand behind it if something's missing.
