I decided to review this product because it turned out to be a much higher quality product than I thought it might be. From the description there really was no way to tell whether it was cheap and thin or heavy and well-constructed. But is very heavy and very well constructed, with full welds instead of tack welds where parts come together. If I could have give it 4.5 stars, I would have. There are only 2 items that stopped me short of a full 5 rating: 1. Although it will tilt up and down some, a bit more downward tilt should be easy for the mfr. to have provided it, and some folks might need it. (hard to imagine how am upward tilt would ever be needed. 2. The second item of concern is the 3 very small screws that provide the final mounting of the TV plate to the tilting mechanism. No doubt they will hold the TV, but the rest of the unit is so substantial that it leaves me scratching my head as to why these 3 crucial screws are so small. Ok, so what if you want to mount this on high shelf or ledge? You need a short piece of pipe with a mounting flange to complete the assembly. I figured on a short length of steel plumbing pipe with a screwed on steel floor flange would be the rigid way to go. But I was a bit surprised at the cost of this once you get into 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" exterior diameter pipe (O.D. is not the way plumbing pipe is measured by the way, but in this case it is what counts). It would have been a good way to go, but it would have to be cut to proper length, and that isn't much fun for steel pipe that size. I decided to check out umbrella stands for patio tables....flanges way too big. But somehow that search lead to deck-mounted flag pole stand, all aluminum with a 14" high x 1-1/2" OD pipe receiver. PERFECT !

Bought the stand mount for my son’s TV for his bedroom. Very straightforward on how to mount it on the wall hold the TV just fine does have full motion so works just as advertised. I have bought probably three or four of the same versions in the past and will continue to buy them whenever I need new TVs added.

I have an Insignia Fire TV 43" with 200mm wide x 300mm tall Vesa hole pattern. This pole-mount bracket is about the only one I found that could be adapted to this pattern. However, the descriptions, photos in the listing and the instructions don't show this pattern as an option. It took some head-scratching to figure out that it can be done. But once I did, the bracket is rock-solid.

These fit all my TV’s for my mobile DJ business. Not only do they fit on my speaker poles, but they also fit my pro event tables making my life much easier. The only con is that securing them to the booth is kind of a pain due to very little room and the process of tightening. Some kind of easy clamping system would be much easier but I still am very satisfied with these products.

Why not 300mm x 200nm? All it would take is one more hole, which I had to manually drill myself. Decided to keep anyway as I found it difficult to find a pole mount tv support system for my dimensions. Also, it would be nice if there was a gravity clipping system to keep TV in place once mounted to allow installer to finish bolting into place. Now, it takes 2 people to attach bracket to pole. One person to hold tv from falling out of the bracket while the 2nd person bolts it in. TIP - Loosley screw on the top 2 bolts on back of the TV. There are 3 total, one one bottom, that will eventually connext to the pole bracket. That will leave enough room to hoist the TV onto the pole bracket and keep the TV from falling off while tightening those bolts and the 3rd one on the bottom.
