A few key points that I love; I have so so so much more desk space now to really do whatever I want which is one of the nicest bits. Being able to move the monitors really almost anywhere also makes hooking them up or doing any sort of cable change beyond simple, no longer have to bend awkwardly to see the ports. Finally I was able to replace the obnoxious pointy barely adjustable stand on one of my monitors which has annoyed me since I got it. Now to be fair it does require a bit of space to move stuff around but as long as you're willing to have your desk or mount a bit away from the wall it shouldn't be an issue. I also used the grommet mount and added my own pad to protect my desk just to be safe.

Monitor: 32" Samsung 32" gaming monitor, wt ~15lbs I installed this arm to replace the OEM stand that took up a ton of desk space. I liked that this was one of the few manufacturers that also allows for a grommet installation rather than just the clamp on the back. It was easy to install. One problem I ran into: when I initially installed the monitor on the arm, it would not support the weight at all. I was perplexed. I saw other reviews with the same problem and was ready to return and buy a replacement with a higher weight rating. HOWEVER, I just happened to glance at the instructions and saw- you are supposed to adjust the pneumatic spring! After twisting the nozzle with the included tools and tightening the bracket to my desired position- it works perfectly! Once again- that was my fault for not reading the directions and I suspect that may have been the other reviewers issue as well.

I use this to carry a Samsung g5 monitor. The monitor is less than 13lbs. This arm can barely support that monitor. When you use this to support a monitor just about 12lbs, you can not tilt the monitor. And you have to screw it really tight. Don’t buy this if your monitor is heavy. This item max load is not as described.

After very unsatisfactory experiences with Huanuo products I was very relieved to be able to set this up so easily. The instructions are clear, and product is well built, cable management is sensibly designed, and range of movement is excellent. Worth paying a little more money!
