Good sturdy product. Once assembled it feels like it'll take a beating. The size is pretty small, but plenty for two 30 inch monitors next to each other. Not much room for stuff like a laptop on the side (unless it's very small). The crank doesn't hide under the desk, stays out. It folds, so it's not a big deal. It's plastic but feels solid enough. Assembling it was a bit painful, having to drill 6 holes for screws and align big parts with small ones without much margin for error. The manuals also have small errors like asking you to drill holes that are pre-drilled in some points. The desk top is pre drilled but not completely, so you still will need to use a small drill bit to get 6 screws in. The worst part of the desk? It's a bit tall when in the lowest position. One less inch would have been ideal.

Just finished putting this desk together, I am not handy and it did not come out perfect. The instructions are not clear and the parts are not labeled. The tools provided are not good had to use my own. I will update as I use it, think it will do for a bit...seems sturdy enough. It took me 2.5 hours but it could be only one hour or less if parts were labeled (right part, left part etc). There is no real need for a drill...I decided to leave the handle to bring up unattached and just keep it near by. The instruction of having a drill confused me, the table comes pre-drilled for the base.

I chose this desk after researching several models, and ultimately chose it for it's max height and it's manual adjustment rather than electrical (didn't want to worry about electricity use). It's fairly sturdy and works the way I need it to. It's a bit of a work out to raise the desk, but I don't mind that -- adds to the purpose of being more "active" during work. My only qualm with it was it was difficult for one person to put together, and I didn't have all the tools needed to construct it, and had to get help from my dad. Otherwise, it's a nice little desk.

Easy to assemble, but slightly wobbly in sitting position. When it's in the standing position, it's very wobbly. Due to this the VIVO leg brace was installed few days later. Solved the wobble issue very well. If you plan to use this in the standing position often, I'd highly recommend getting the leg brace. Also, you do not need a drill like the bottom piece instructions say. Most of the holes in the table top are pre-drilled. The ones that are not will use sharp screws, so with a little force they will go in just fine.

I'm impressed with the efficient packaging and build quality. This is not some splatter-welded mess being cranked out as quickly as possible -- it's a quality piece of office furniture. The finish on the metal is excellent and the welds are all clean. As others mention, the crank is a bit stiff but a loose mechanism would result in the tabletop dropping over time. This thing has been solid and the adjustable height range exceeds my needs. This is a very good sit/stand desk at a great price.

I just received this today and I put it together in under 2 hours which is great because I'm not the handiest of people. I wouldn't call it "easy" to assemble as in you won't be working hard but the skillset required to do this is perfect for beginners. This desk is for my computer and art projects and I can say that while I'm drawing, erasing, texturing etc - it doesn't wiggle back and forth at all and as a BIG person, the adjustable height feature is perfect. I would give this 4.5 stars if possible because it's not the world's most perfect purchase but I am beyond satisfied and would gladly recommend this to anyone who is considering it! Also the shipping was SUPER early.

I've been working from home full-time since March, and I really needed a desk upgrade. This checks both of my boxes: plenty of desktop space and adjustable height. I use it about 2-3 hours a day and I think it helps with some of the strain of sitting and with my energy level. If I stand for the first hour I will be more awake lol! The crank takes a little arm strength and time, but I really don't think it's a problem at all. It takes like maybe 30 seconds and the extra work is probably good for me. For me it's better than using up another electrical outlet. My only complaint is that it's a little wobbly (side-to-side). It could be the way I assembled it, and it's not been a problem while typing or anything. All-in-all, no regrets!

After using this desk for two years, I've finally saved up for another one. The desk is just a bad experience. 1) It's not sturdy when lifted at all. When it's all the way lifted up, it shifts from side to side in extremes. Also when raising the desk it shakes, so don't have anything on the desk that has a possibility of falling down, and it started squeaking badly after a month. 2) The hardware under the desk is very bulky and you end up hitting your knees, and it's caused me to bleed when I crossed my legs. 3) The assembly is very labor intensive. Avoid this desk.
