This product has been great for my 32" Samsung CR50 monitors. However, the mechanism that hols the monitors up blew out in the left arm dropping my monitor to the desk. The monitor is fine, but it will not stay up now. Is it possible to order replacement parts for this system? Update: the second arm mechanism blew out as well and destroyed the monitor and my cell phone that was on the desk below it. Trash. Don’t buy this.

They have excellent customer service for after the fact. I replaced one of the monitors and now that arm won't stay up. Contacted customer service and they are sending a new arm. Very easy to contact and very helpful. Would recommend.

Current update 12/23/24: The other arm broke in the exact same way. The spring in the arm snapped. Both arms were holding monitors that were well underweight (~15lbs and ~22lbs) for their advertised 44lb capacity. Very dissatisfied with this. Reaching out to their support again to see what they will do. Belated update 10/28/24: A new arm was sent by VIVO with no hassle. Received it and it works perfectly. It was a great arm. Moved and held my 32-inch curved monitor, which is well below the weight capacity of the arm, great and easy. That was until last night 10/23/24, we heard a very loud pop, which sounded like something exploded. Now the arm won't raise. The bolt won't tighten to hold the monitor up anymore.

You won't believe how easy it's holding up my 32 inch monitors. The one I brought before couldn't keep up the job and hold my monitors.and kept tilting do. However I found this in Amazon that can hold ypto 44lbs, and you won't belive the sturdiness it has to hold my monitors. Thank you dear manufacturer

The tension on the arm broke and sent my 27lb 38” monitor crashing on my desk. Luckily the monitor didn’t break. Upon asking for my money back they sent me the same crappy arm that I won’t be using, said it was out of the 30 DAY MONEY BACK WINDOW. I won’t be buying from VIVO again. Considering legal action as I’m not the first to have this happen. It should not be rated for heavier monitors there is no way it would hold 45 pounds as stated. Stay away from this brand if you care about your electronics.

I used to hold 2 4k Gigabyte monitors. Then recently heard a pop in one of the arm and it no longer holds the one monitor. It was good while it lasted but isn't worth the price for the lifespan. Did not even last a year.
