It's a decent unit, but is flimsy, and the zipper piece seems to get in the way when trying to load/unload. The red is definitely not safe to use without glasses so make sure to wear proper glasses with this!

Good: -Offers protection for our Atomsack A5 with expansion kit. -Zipper works well. -Light weight. Bad: -Larger than expected. -We would prefer a lever mechanism to easily collapse the product for storing when not in use. I ordered the VIVO Extra Large Laser Engraver Enclosure with Exhaust Ports, COVER-LE01. We like the simple design and convenience. We like that the VIVO enclosure provides visibility to view what is happening to the laser machine. The frame and cover assembly was under 30 minutes. We like the exhaust feature, but we think that the ports could use reinforcement. The enclosure does not include a bottom. Overall, this product is better than our diy cardboard box cover and it is a welcome addition to our laser engraver.

Great addition for my laser engraver. I've been working without an enclosure, so I finally decided to pick one up and it's made such a nice difference. It's very sturdy, and really works to control the fumes that get everywhere when I engrave something. Although it's a little large for my setup, and I do wish there was a way to set it up at a smaller side and just pin up the extra fabric, this still works just fine. In fact, it'll be a great option for if I do decide to invest in a larger engraver. All in all, a necessity if you have a laser engraver anywhere, no matter how close it is to ventilation or how large the room is.

My laser engraver is medium sized and comes with side filters to protect the eyes when observing the pieces getting engraved. The front however is open but regardless, I always wear safety goggles when the engraver is running even if I am not directly in front of it. The VIVO enclosure is very large and covers the engraver completely. Fully assembled it measures 55 inches x 27 inches (base) and it is so big, it does not fit on my worktable and have to get bigger. It, however, is the perfect protection for the engraver and so I will get a bigger work table. I placed a wooden yardstick on the top of the enclosure after I assembled it so the pictures will show the true size of the enclosure The enclosure frame is made up of fiberglass rods and plastic connectors. It was a little bit of a challenge assembling because some of the rods had to be forced into the plastic connectors but that could be by design or they would easily slip out and the enclosure will fall apart. The fabric of the shell is of a very good material and fits snugly over the fiber glass frame. There is a thick red translucent window for filtering the light emitted by the laser engraver. The manufacturer warns that it is not enough to protect the eyes and the engraver is running because it is not recommended to look at the laser without good eye protection. There are two ventilation ports that I will fit with an exhaust fan to vent the engraving fumes directly to the outside through a port in the room window.

I didnt get one of these right off the bat. Thought I would wait since i was engraving in (what i thought) larger area. Well I was wrong. If you dont have one of these, you will fill your work area with lots of smoke lol. This was amazing. No more smoke in the house and the wood doenst burn as bad as with out.

This works well with my diode laser setup, I run it where the fumes shouldn't be a bother but it's nice to have some additional protection. Easy to set up and connect to my extraction setup.

Folks arexalways saying think outside the box, but I think inside the box is where the best laser engraving occurs! Pros: 1. Super easy setup 2. Excellent ventilation 3. Accommodates most home use laser engraver setups 4. Large window allows for easy access and visualization of work piece 5. Nice safety feature with respect to heat resistance. Cons: None noted so far.
