Top Amazon Reviews

  • Review from a first time user of vertical stacked
Color: Black
Review from a first time user of a vertical stacked monitor setup, The product is strong and sturdy, It's holding up a 29" LG Ultra wide on the bottom and a 27" HP on the top, (Pros and cons are all based on my experience of assembling the stand) Pros: Over all the stand works great and is a very sturdy stand and hardware Has a lot of adjustment Had every bolt, washer, Spacer needed to complete the job The cable management brackets are a plus and work great, Also if you didn't know what the little circles are for on the cable management brackets, Those are for holding the provided Allan wrenches for safe keeping when you may need them at a later time. Great idea. Cons: The instructions have very small print, Be sure to have a magnifying glass or reading glasses. It was a bit tricky to align both monitors while needing to crank the bolts as tight as possible to keep them in place. And I mean you really have to crank down the bolts as tight as possible to get a proper secured tightness to prevent the brackets moving. Missing one Allen wrench to tighten the horizontal adjustment bolts. If you have a small desk the stand/brackets being larger and longer it will push the monitors several inches (Approximately 5") closer to you then factory stands. Over all as a first time user of a vertical stacked monitor setup, I am not sure I like it yet, Feels very odd even at an angle, A lot more movement in the neck to look upwards. It may just need re-adjusting and a bit of time to get used to it, It will work for more screen space, Time will only tell if I will get used to it or like it, I am not a fan of the stand and brackets pushing the monitors forward approximately 5", That being compared to the stock factory stands for the monitors, Being my desk is against a wall and the stand is touching the wall already, This making my desk even that much smaller. ... show more

  • Hesitant because of price, but turns out, as advertised!
Color: Black
Wanted a great stand that I didn't have to clamp to my desk, but was sturdy enough for two wide screen 34" monitors. I read the reviews here which positively referred to the stability of the unit, but at the low price point, I was hesitant to believe that I would get something of value. Well, sure enough this thing is exactly what I wanted. I don't even plan to move my monitors around at all now that they're attached, assembled, and where I want them, but I spent some time trying to rock the stand back and forth with the monitors on it, and it really does hold up exactly as advertised and commented. It is a sturdy stand with a reasonably sized footprint that I absolutely trust. I have this sitting on the corner of a standing desk that I raise and lower multiple times a day, and everything has been fantastic. Highly recommend. ... show more

  • For lighter monitors
Color: Black
Assembly went almost well, one of the screws that secures the two poles together on one end will not screw back in. Granted I don't believe this to secure it much more than what pipe wrenches could do (just don't over tighten). Everything else went together as instructed without any trouble. Everything feels pretty sturdy up until you put a slightly heavier monitor on it. Mine weights in at just under 17lbs (which is still under the 22 lb limit) and had to crank the bolt that adjusts the tilt in order for it to stay put for now. However it is no longer "adjustable" on that axis. If it starts to sag, so will the rating. I would probably suggest getting a heavier duty mount if your monitors are anywhere near the 34" limit. ... show more

  • Surprisingly sturdy stand for the price even with one monitor mounted near the top of the pole
Color: Black
I have a weird set up and needed a specific type of monitor stand/mount. To keep my description simple, I needed a monitor stand that could hold a monitor above the top of my computer case but it couldn't be clamped on to a desk like a lot of monitor arms/stands. Picture looking at your computer in kind of a corner, and just above it supported by some kind of stand, a monitor. That is what I needed. I looked around for a single monitor stand/arm/mount that could possible fulfill this need. A lot of the different options didn't check off each box and then I saw this. I looked at it on amazon and read some reviews and saw it was tall enough if you mount a monitor to the top area so I decided to give it a try. Shipping and delivery was eventless so that was all fine. Assembly is fairly easy and materials feel sturdy enough. I got it assembled and attached the monitor to the top area with nothing below since it would be hidden by my computer anyway. I had this for 5 months now and it stands strong with no issues. The base of the stand is just low enough to fit under the legs of my computer so I can have them fairly close to each other. The pole has enough height to clear my corsair 4000x rgb case with a 27 inch acer 4k monitor. It stands firm with no wobble or anything with just the one monitor. My only real complaint about this is the cable management attachment things in how they attach to the pole. you can remove them by pulling them away from the pole rather than disassemble the pole and remove vertically. But, it gave me a little bit of fear about the plastic breaking but they didn't during removal or reattaching the same way. I wouldn't do that too many times but wish they felt just a little stronger for more confidence in doing that. ... show more
