Updated review: Replacement unit was in better shape. The screw heads were not blown out and looked to be in much better shape. However, it seems they're using a threadlock to hold those pivot screws tight and as such, are not adjustable for this model. It could just be the batch Amazon was sent, but cannot be certain of that. I'll be looking at their other options as the STAND-V101H is currently acting perfectly and has full range of adjustment without issue while holding my larger 2nd screen. Uploaded 2 more pictures showing much less damage to heads. The tilt-head pivot screw was in mint condition and adjustable perfectly, these two were not and it was too tight to use. Original review: Initial review is rating it low due to the fact that it is so over torqued on the three pivot bolts (5mm) that you have to grab the arm itself when the monitor is installed in order to move left or right. Height adjustment bolts (6mm) are installed correctly and without stripping the heads, leaving you able to adjust them as needed (install bolt for arm-to-pole attachment, tilt bolt, and weight adjustment screw. Finish is good, although I do wish they wpuld drop the ridiculous plastic cover plate as it's pretty pointless (no points taken for this, just personal obvservation). Clamp is steady, did have to pre-install the screws into the pole before assembly due to rough threading work not getting cleaned up before paint (combo of metal scrap and paint clog threads). I am getting a replacement so will adjust review if the replacement was better handled in their QC. Here's to hoping.

Pushes the screen far forward. I have a 30 inch screen on a mobile standing desk. Pushing it closer makes the already big screen harder to look at. Depending on desk/tv size that may not matter for you, but def a flaw in the product. The shorter lower arm that pushes the tv back just needs to be as long as the top arm. Sidenote: When setting it up step one is incorrect. Screw the pole in first, or the bracket that connects it to your desk is in the way. Also doesn't come with all the tools you need to set it up.

I bought 3 of the single arm mounts for maximum flexibility, but combined 2 arms on one pole for 2 monitors and the 3rd mount by itself for a 3rd monitor. after adjusting the arms properly, they hold my 24" monitors perfectly without any sinking after a couple weeks of use now. I'm using one pole with the C mount, on the back edge of the desk, and one through the desk's cable grommet. Both are working great and allowed me to place the monitors exactly where I wanted them. I also went with this brand because they're an American company, and I liked what they had to say on their website a lot more than their competition.

I used this product for my 27in LG 4K HDR monitor. For the price it is worth every penny in my opinion. Once fully assembled it has a very good weight to it and is very sturdy. It is almost all metal with certain pieces being plastic and even the plastic pieces are very thick and strong making them feel high quality. Assembly was easy and quick the tension is adjustable but i do reccommend giving it about 10 turns towards the positive side so once you place your monitor on it it does not suddenly drop down. All-in-all it is amazing.

Used with monitor on the high end ( but inside ) of the recommended range. It works, barely. But it is still way better than not having it! I do like the look a lot. Unrelated to the quality of the unit, the instructions could be a bit better.

I saw a few reviews where people were complaining about the arms not being able to hold their monitor without drooping. They must have had a few bad eggs. These things are solid and they have a really good adjustable hex screw so you can make them more or less resistant. I LOVE THESE ARMS!

It does exactly what is needed. Assembly instructions could be a bit clearer. It doesn't cost more to use a larger typeface. Very solid clamping mechanism. Was previously using a riser/stand thing, taking up a lot of desktop. I recommend this over a riser even if you're using reams of copy paper.

I was looking for a monitor arm that could hold a 24" monitor above another 24" monitor on its stand. This was a little more difficult to find a product for, but when I saw this I knew it was exactly what I needed. The height adjustment works super well and have experienced zero drooping or movement from my monitor.
