I rarely write reviews but I was so happy with this purchase I decided to write one. This desk met all my expectations and delivered beyond that. I received the desk last week and set it up last Friday. Overall 5 stars but I only gave four stars on the assembly because the directions were not as good as they could be. On the plus side I called their customer service once at 5pm on Friday - they answered! and chatted a online a second time around 6 (open Mon-Fri till 7pm). They were super responsive and cleared things up both times. The desk went together GREAT and is solid. Features I think are worth noting and considering: Desktop. This desk is 31.5" deep - many are only 24 inches... thats a big difference - this one is 30% deeper. Gives me plenty of space in front of my monitors and keyboard. The length is 63" - again great working space. It feels super comfortable. to work on and leaves plenty of room. I have the black surface and really like it - cleans up easy and seems very durable. Cable Management: Excellent rating here. With my double monitor set up I am sooo glad there are three (3) cable ports in the desk top. I wouldn't have looked for that- but glad I have it. The under-table cable management tray is a good size as well and hold almost everything I have to stuff in there. Electric raising system: Not sure why the transformer for the motor has to be so large - it fits in the cable tray but takes up about 1/3 of the tray. The memory position system works great. Raise and Lower function is smooth and quiet. I was going to a pneumatic raise and lower - so glad I didn't- this works really nice - hope it lasts- seems solid. Lastly a feature I didnt think about was the timer... you can set a timer on the control to remind you to switch from sit/stand. That is really actually very useful. So this was a recent purchase so I am hoping reliability is good - but I have found products so well thought out with features usually are well engineered too... if anything goes south I'll get back on here with an update.

When the packages arrived, the box with the stand was crushed a bit on one side and the desktop box had a hole and tear, so I honestly expected some broken/missing pieces but this was packaged very well. All of the parts were there and there was no damage whatsoever. The build was easy enough although you need to pay attention to the final steps for attaching the desktop to the stand. The instructions say to invert the stand onto the underside of the desktop to attach it, then flip it upright. I found it easier just to place the desktop on the stand and insert the screws from underneath. I did this alone but it would have been easier if I had help to lift the desktop onto the stand. As far as quality goes, I couldn't be happier. This is a heavy, sturdy beast and it looks great. There isn't the slightest bit of wobble. The lift motor is very quiet and smooth. I would not hesitate to buy another one if the need arises.

I purchased this product through Amazon in July 2020 and can report a year's trouble-free use. The shipment arrives in two boxes (frame, desktop), and shopped different desktops before deciding on this one (curved front is more ergonomic using the three monitors). Was pleasantly surprised is was available in this bundle. I use the 3 memory settings for sitting (slouching/leaning back for gaming/watching movie), sitting (good posture for work), standing (work, really good for my back). controls also let you quickly adjust up/down manually for days when the presets aren't quite right for your mood. I don't use the timer/alert function Assembly is rather straightforward if you are so inclined. My instructions showed the motor on the right side of the desk (tho the pictures here show the control on the left), but it's obvious since the gears that the motor controls are on the left. Other than that, instructions easy to follow with care/attention. Part of the reason for potential confusion to some other reviewers is that the frame can be purchased standalone, so the instructions try to generalize for that possibility. But the included hardware, screws, etc fit well and hold the desktop securely to the frame. Pre-drilled holes in the desktop also lined up with the frame. Since this desktop comes in 3 sections, I went to home depot and purchased 1x3" metal plates that I screwed into the section bottoms to prevent possibility of the seams not being smooth over time (due to leaning on the center section with my arms constantly). Overall, very happy with the purchase and do highly recommend.

I almost never write reviews, but I've had this product as my primary desk for almost two years now, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. This desk is well worth the money, and I do not see myself buying a new desk for at least a few years. Pros: - Very sturdy/reliable. Even though the top of the desk comes split in thirds, I have had no problems with it structurally at all. The bar mounted underneath is more than enough to prevent flexing (I haven't experienced any). It made the shipping box much smaller and the instructions are very easy to follow. Like I mentioned, I've had this desk for two years, and I feel like it could last another 5-10 without any problems. - Thick enough. About 6 months after buying this desk, I decided I had looked at the giant mess of wires hanging down from the back of the desk one too many times and purchased 2 "VIVO Under Desk 17 inch Cable Management Tray" to try to remedy the situation. Even though the desk is quite thin, I still managed to mount them both of the back of the desk, and have been very happy with that decision. They hold everything I need, which is one 8-plug power strip and 3 power adapters, plus whatever slack on the wires I need to store. If you do this, make sure to buy the appropriate length screws; the screws I bought were too long, so I had to stuff some cardboard in between the trays and the desk to reduce slack (I haven't had any issues with this though). - Height. I am 6'2", and at the full height the desk is just right. I imagine if I was one or two inches taller it would still be very comfortable. Anyone taller than that might want to consider a desk with a bit more height. Though I should mention than when sitting I do use it at the lowest setting, so I could definitely see it being a bit too tall if you are really short depending on the chair you're using (mine is 20"). Cons: - The touch panel. This is by far my least favorite thing about this desk. The touch part of the panel is very poor, and whenever I want to interact with the desk, I have to press my finger to whatever button I want to use for at least 3-4 seconds before it registers and starts doing something. I have also accidentally set the timer before, which usually startles me 30 or so minutes later when it goes off (who wants a timer on their desk when we all have phones???). Additionally when it is visually off (i.e. when nothing is displayed), you need to touch it once and wait for it to turn on, and then touch it again to press a button. Overall I would much prefer real buttons, or at least a better touchscreen. This is the only reason I rated this desk 4 stars instead of 5. - Looks. The separation between the three desk pieces is extremely noticeable, and I would say that the material in general looks fairly cheap, especially compared to desks that are built to have more of a wood finish. This is not something I really care about, and it didn't factor into my rating, but it is worth knowing if you're thinking about buying this desk. - The curve. This also isn't that big of a deal, but overall I have found that it does more harm than good, particularly when trying to buy a large mouse pad to put on the desk. Any large mouse pad you buy (more than ~8in wide) will have to be positioned at an angle. I would prefer that this desk was perfectly square, but this is a very minor annoyance.

My husband bought this desk a year ago because we work at home a lot and it’s important to stand often throughout the day. I sat at his desk recently and realized I could also benefit from a mechanical desk, so I bought the black one for me. Great size, lots of room for my 34” ultra wide monitor, my MacBook Air, plus plenty of room on the left and right side for supplies etc. love the digital settings for raising and lowering. You can program 3 settings. Highly recommend.

I have had this desk for almost 2 months now and it is great. The desk is easy to assemble and very sturdy. It went together perfect, and it didn't have any gaps that I have seen other people complain about and lined up perfect. It does leave fingerprints, but a large mouse and keyboard pad will solve that problem. I have a 42lb gaming tower, 27inch Samsung Monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, clock, and still have plenty of room left over for other items. The holes on top for cable management work great also. I did buy a under desk cable management system that clamps to the desk for all of the cables underneath, and it keeps the cables hid plus allows the desk to be adjusted up and down with no issues. Will be buying a second one for my wife with no hesitation's.

THE TABLE...WHAT AN AWESOME PURCHASE I CAN BRAG ON!!!! It does exactly what I need as I'm ergonomically challenged, so this set-up of having a quality stand/sit is not optional. I researched and had various purchasing options via my employer...choosing this via my Amazon selection was a SCORE for wise/quality seeking shopper I am!!!! My sit/73 (lowest) and stand/110 options are set and can be adjusted when I need it to be, sturdy, holds to 32' monitors, and is simply awesome. AS FOR THE SMUGGING BECAUSE IT DOES HOLD ON TO PRINTS...SIMPLE MICROFIBER CLOTHS TAKES THEM AWAY. If ever I needed another it'll be this or via this manufacturer that I would seek prior to even testing another. TOTAL BANG FOR MY BUCK, and I feel truly satisfied!!!!!! I had my assembly done professionally via TaskRabbit...thanks Clinton which he did in less than an hour as I provided the specs ahead of time~.

I bought this desk and well I was looking forward to it but unfortunately I got a lemon. It was easy to assemble, the instructions where okay but not hard to understand but when I tried to use it I started to have issues. I was able to get it to go all the way up but when I tried to push the down arrow for it to go back down it just would not respond at all unless I reset the unit then I had to hold down the button until it actually went all the way down (very slowly) if let go of the down arrow it would stop and i had to cycle the power for it to let me go up only. So I actually requested technical support but as they are closed today I was going to wait until the next day but then the desk started acting weird again. It started to go down on its own then it would stay down for a few minutes and then it just started to go up very quickly. I reset it a few times but then the last time it went up very quickly got to the very top then it kept trying to go up and just heard grinding noises I had to unplug it. After that I just decided to return it, for what I paid for this thing quality control seems kind of poor. Keep in Mind that I just assembled it and have not even put any weight on it.
