EDIT: I jammed a dozen washers behind the mount plate and made it work. HP's proprietary mount was the fault, not this product. It's actually very solid, holds the mac mini and a heavy monitor on a tv stand and even includes a desk mount. Original Review: Looks solid, but was not able to successfully install it because HP’s VESA mounts are not flush with the back of the monitor. I have a much smaller VESA plate that mounts to a tv stand that fits in the rear of my HP monitor, but as you can see in the photos I’ve included, the Mac mini mount will not sit flush because it covers more than the mini VESA area and includes an extension which I’m sure is nice if your monitor or tv can use the extra screws to secure it. But it completely prevents me from installing this on my monitor.

Wasn't sure whether I would use this behind my monitor or with the clasp, wanted to see the quality of the clasp to determine. I honestly didn't want to put it behind the monitor. Happy to report that the clasp goes on nice and tight, build is very sturdy so I don't feel any concern that it could fall or get knocked off. Satisfied with this purchase for sure.

The product works well, and fits well. It plus the weight of the Mac mini and my monitor was a lot to ask of my desk mounted arm though. Make sure everything is tight.

Before I return this, has anyone figured out how to make this work with the new Mac Mini M4? It seems like the included hardware doesn't account for the extra height of the new one to me. This looks like it would've worked well with the M1 version. I'm also concerned about being able to easily access the power button. If you've figured this out, please share some photos as I'm keen to keep this if possible so I can keep it off my desk. Thank you! VIVO support - if you have a new version on the way designed for the newer version, please let me know that and I'll return this and wait for it. Cheers!

Used behind a 24" 4k display on a gas strut arm setup with no deformation or bounce issues. Takes getting used to with the offset distance you may find with some applications, in my case I have limited room behind my desk and this product shifted my display closer to me by around 2" overall and while this is not a problem for me it may become a burden on someone else's setup. The hardware can be a bit funny to work with, I suggest once the main casing is mounted to the monitor that you consider assembling the back plate on all 4 corners finger tight before final tightening, helps everything line up a lot easier. Absolutely pleased with the product.

encajó perfectamente en el anclaje VESA de mi monitor Samsung, no tuve necesidad de comprar por separado otras piezas porque sirve incluso con la base que trae el monitor de Fábrica. El espacio es apenas justo, hay que hacer un poco de presión para encajar el Mac pero no se raya gracias a que cuenta con espumas que tratan mejor la superficie del Mac que el propio metal.
