I know from other reviews that the lids didn’t fit very tight . Luckily for us this isn’t why we ordered them . We love this size mug and the colors are beautiful. My husband loves them . Lids will keep bugs and stuff out when we take them outside in warmer months .

These mugs are sturdy, well made and colorful! They wash up well in the dishwasher. The lids do not fit solidly in the cup, so if you’re purchasing these cups and expecting them to be leakproof, you’re going to be disappointed. For our needs, these mugs work perfectly and we’d buy them again.

As I was using the orange one for the first time, I noticed my coaster became saturated with coffee. Thinking I had spilled, I replaced the coaster, but when that also became saturated, I inspected the cup and found two tiny crack lines (See photo). However, I loved the overall quality and the colors were beautifully saturated, even prettier that the pictures in the description. So I opted to just replace them since with Amazon it is so simple to do that and free. I will of course check each new one to make sure I have no more leaky ones. ... show more

These mugs the the bomb, people! I was lookin and lookin. No luck. Couldn't find one like the one I've had for years but just plain wore out. Then I found these! Large, sturdy, good caps, vibrant colors, microwavable and you can touch the handle without burning your fingers or having to grab a kitchen mitt after microwaving. When I began shopping for a set of coffee mugs I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I was looking for a large mug, 16oz or more, but wanted it to fit comfortably in my hand since I don’t typically hold a mug by the handle. I wanted a variety of colors on the outside so our family could tell whose drink was whose, but also wanted a white interior so that I could easily tell if it was collecting residue that would require an extra cleaning besides just putting it in the dishwasher. These Vivimee cups checked all the boxes and as a bonus came with lids. I don’t typically need a lid for an at home coffee mug, but thought it would be nice if my morning coffee gets interrupted and I have to set it aside for a while. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The mugs seem well made and fit comfortably in my hand since the shape is tall instead of wide. They also work well in the microwave, heating up the liquid without overheating the mug. I would have subtracted a star in the rating for the lids because the seal doesn't stay in place very well, but I had to add back that star for exceptional customer service. One of the cups did arrive with a very small imperfection in the glaze so I contacted the company with the email they provided. I was amazed that not only did they respond within a few hours, but they sent a replacement that was at my door within two days! No hassle; excellent customer service. I will definitely be looking for other products for sale by this company! ... show more

I initially bought these for our camper, but they are so beautiful and vibrant, I'm debating also buying a set for at home or as gifts! The cups are nice and thick to keep your coffee, tea, or hot chocolate nice and warm. The colors are just as vibrant and beautiful as pictured. The cups also came with 3 extra sealing rings in case you need to deep clean or replace them! I LOVE that the lid vent hole is large so that it is easy to drink out of it without suction.
