The package came broken. The cups were individually wrapped with their own separate box. However, almost all the cups had some dents on it. I contacted the seller and he asked for pictures, i sent him the pictures and he immediately refunded me and told me to keep the package. I used few cups to print on. Prints come very nicely on them. They are white in color, perfect size for the desk or table.

Arrived in perfect condition. Outer box was mauled from shipping but all mugs were intact and no breakage. We already tested to for sublimation and they take inks wonderfully! We use Hippo sublimation inks, A-Sub 125G paper printed with an epson Eco 2700 printer, a convection oven with temps set at 375 for 8 min total. Turn the mugs half way after 4 min set with a phone timer, then continue for another 4 min. We don't use the timer on the oven because they could be off. Use an oven thermometer for correct temps, oven temps can vary as well.

I was hesitant to buy this bulk as I have never done so before. The package arrived on time and I checked every single cup and they were absolutely fine. Each mug came in it's own little box so it was perfect for gifting once I put the print on each of them. Would buy again and would definitely recommend. The directions gave me the temp and time for the prints and it worked wonderfully!

These were my first run on the coffee mugs for sublimation with this company and i have to say i am quite please - one cup had a small knick in it, 2 for some reason didnt take the color near as good as the rest but overall i have to say I will be ordering from this company again!!

Repeat buyer of these for a long time, i am concerned as some arrive now broken in their boxes, coatings are not complete, they used to be the hands down best i ever found, now i worry i must find another supplier due to the drop in quality on these, will give another try and see how it goes, but i have concerns as i watch prices go up and quality down. really like these so i am hopeful. UPDATE DEC 2024 Arrived totally busted to the point they are showing through the box and foam BUT none broken, so far much happier with quality, not thrilled with the price being one of the highest, but i see improvement.
