It only worked for a couple weeks, and then stopped working. emailed supplier and we were back and forth with trying to resolve issue. Issue was not resolved and now I cannot return! Supplier is out of country and said they would call me, but have not! Wont buy any item like this again, I also had an Ember and that stopped working after a couple months.

I love the looks of the honey comb cup, simply beautiful but I do wish the cup was a little larger! It defiantly did hold some of the heat but could not get it get it to keep the coffee above 129 down from a starting temperature of 165. I would really like to have it keep it about 150 f. I am really not impressed with the idea of the heating element in the cup but would like to see the coaster be the heat source. That would allow your own cups too. I have looked for them but could but all had to be plugged in while using. Bottom line I really am not impressed, especially at the price. I could never justify that price just to keep my coffee hot. For some reason I did not look at the price and would not, even on Vine, ordered it.

Overall, good product. Easy to use as it is “automatic”. Keeps coffee warm (not as hot as when first brewed) until finished. Around 30-45 min. Certainly better than drinking from metal or plastic sippy-cup. Some scratches on the finish out of the box (pictured). Hope it keeps working as it has for the first week of use.

Does not keep your drink hot long enough. It was about 20 minutes instead of 30 that is claimed. It’s beautiful but fails to keep it hot long enough. For the price it should work better much better.

Finding this cup was shocking because I didn't know such a thing existed. This cup carries a bit over 8 oz, and the light comes on when it gets below a specific temperature to prevent the drink from gettkng cold, the red light indicates that the warmer is initiated. This cup has been really useful. I use it almost everyday. Before I got this cup I would brew coffee or make tea, then I'd bring it to my desk and something something always happens- a meeting, a training, or something else that by the time I remembered I had a drink, it would already be cold. This happened alot. With this cup I no longer have that problem. If I get distracted by work my drink will still be nice and hot. I really love the sleek look of the cup. This cup is really light but durable, it does need charged after 3 or 4 days of constant use. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. It's a must have!

I bought this off another website that had advertised it at a discount and thought it was a great idea, but wish I had taken the time to read about it before hand. I like to leisurely sip my drink and bought it because I was always tired of my last sips of tea being cold, and thought this would be a great way to keep my tea warm to the last drop. But this is a small cup and it automatically turns off after it thinks you've taken the last sip, which for my cup always seems to be when I still have a quarter of liquid at the bottom. And I'm guessing a trade off of the heating element is poor insulation to the cup, because when this cup stops heating the tea loses its temperature fast. The end result is that I'm drinking much smaller cups of tea than I used to, and my last sips still end up being just as cold as they were with my regular mug.
