Overall, good product. Easy to use as it is “automatic”. Keeps coffee warm (not as hot as when first brewed) until finished. Around 30-45 min. Does not keep your drink hot long enough. It was about 20 minutes instead of 30 that is claimed. It’s beautiful but fails to keep it hot long enough. For the price it should work better much better.

It only worked for a couple weeks, and then stopped working. emailed supplier and we were back and forth with trying to resolve issue. Issue was not resolved and now I cannot return! Supplier is out of country and said they would call me, but have not! Wont buy any item like this again, I also had an Ember and that stopped working after a couple months. ... show more

I ordered two of these mugs directly from the manufacturer in April 2018. I use them almost daily, and I do love them; however, for the price, these might not be for everyone. I do hope the next revision of the mug improves on the functionality. I suppose I recommend them if you are ok with the price and cons listed below. If my cons were ever addressed, I would highly recommend the mug. PROS: - It works - It charges easily. One of the charging plates had a loose connection, so I got a Belkin wireless charger that works great. - It's hot! Almost too hot for my tastes. - Dishwasher safe. Mine are in the dishwasher all the time. No issues. - Two 30 mins heating cycles per charge have been sufficient. - The bottom does not get hot. Only the sides of the mug are warm like you'd expect. It would be interesting to have a version of this mug with insulated sides. CONS: - Too hot! I wish there was a way to alter the temperature setting. A connected app perhaps? When the drink gets low, it also tends to overheat the small amount that is left. I wish it had better temperature regulation. - I wish the heating cycle was longer than 30 minutes. I would be happy with a lower temperature if that meant I could get 45 mins out of it. If there was an app for the mug, it would be great to choose either two 30 minute cycles or one 60 minute cycle. - The heating element is small. If I make something with any type of solids in it (e.g., cocoa powder, cinnamon, etc.) those particles tend to clump and burn on the tiny small square that is the heating element. I'd like to see a larger heating element in the next version. - Blinking is confusing. The mug has one red light and blinks anywhere from 1 to 8 times to inform you of the status. I've never really understood the difference between one and two blinks - they both seem to indicate a "good" state. The FAQ states: "Flash twice: Your mug has seen your hot drink. Flash once: Your drink is hot enough to make the mug turn on at its optimum temperature." So... that's good either way? I wish they would add multiple lights of different colors to help understand what is going on. - I don't love the honeycomb design. It's ok. More options would be great.
