The Force II axle back exhausts are little louder than stock and have no drone. With a stock h-pipe and a big cold air intake kit the exhaust is slightly louder than the intake at wide open accelerating to max rpm. I removed the American Thunder mufflers because they were louder than I wanted for early morning departure from my neighborhood. The Force II mufflers won't give you that problem. I gave them 4 stars because the exhaust tips won't center in the bumper cut outs, cosmetic only but for $500+ I would expect them to line up better.

For a 2010 Mustang GT: Just know that the hangers are such that the hanger mounts will need to be on the muffler hangers before sliding the mufflers onto the exhaust. Then attach the mounts to the frame with a closed end 13mm ratcheting wrench.

Wanted some more rumble than the factory dual exhaust on my 2007 Mustang V6 4.0. I ordered this system and saved money with the Amazon coupon FLOSPRNG (good til 3-31-13). I priced this axle back out at $389.00 just about everywhere online. Amazon has them for $310.00 and with the coupon end cost $233.00. The sound is awesome! Nice rumble great through the gear changes and not to much interior drone. I cant complain and could not be happier. This is absolutely perfect. After a quick call to Flowmaster, I was informed that this system is specifically designed for the 05-09 Mustang V6. The end result One Happy Customer, and one happy mustang, it definitely turns heads

I looked around to try to find info on the difference between the Flowmasters model 17410 and 817410, but couldn't find much. One is stainless (817410) and the other is aluminum which made me wonder about sound difference between these two. Since i couldn't find info on this topic i decided to go the less expensive route and got the 17410's. I don't regret getting these as it makes my pony growl now. The deeper sound that flowmasters give is exactly what i looking for, i don't know about HP increase (doesn't feel like it has more) but the audible tune is much more enjoyable.

Good fit, sounded perfect at beginning, still sounds good but has mellowed to a slightly lower tone. Good start up sound, almost silent at 70. Very little if any drone. No rasp. Stock system other than exhaust and CAI.

Good install on my 07 Mustang GT. U-bolts they provided weren't good enough in my opinion, I reused the stock sleeve clamps. The sound is good but not very loud, if you're looking for a loud muffler purchase another type of Flowmaster.

These should be what Ford uses as the stock Mustang muffler! Great muscle car sound. Cabin noise is only slightly louder at lower speeds (but it sounds great!) and no highway drone. I was a bit hesitant about ordering car parts from Amazon but they had the lowest price and delivery was very timely and the product was perfect. The installation wasn't too bad either. A little tight to get that bottom bolt in on the back hangers. The wife's little hands and an open end wrench helped out there. These things sound fantastic!

the pipes didn't line up the way they came from the box, and had to be altered at a muffler shop. Once installed, they sound fantastic ! however, not as easy an install as advertised.
