I contacted the company by email and withi a couple hours I was chatting with Laura from customer service who apologized for the error and told me she would send them right away. I received them a few days later and immediately attached them to my walker and now I love the product. It was easy to assemble very stable and light enough for me to be able to lift in and out of the back of my car. (I am barely 5ft. My 90 year old mother absolutely loves her new walker!! Walker is very sturdy and strong yet light weight at the same time. The handles are very comfy and the carry bag is a great plus! Easy to assemble but at first I had trouble installing the skis but I found how to videos and directions on you tube! I highly recommend this walker!! Also nice that you can make it more narrow to fit in small places by putting the wheels “inside “ walker. Buy this- YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!😁

Love the option to easily attach wheels or choose all four grips, the pouch is super convenient, and it is easy to fold and transport. My 71 year old mom (165 lbs) has an external fixation device on her right lower leg due to an open compound fracture of the ankle (distal tibia and fibula). She is non weight bearing for the next few months and this walker provides her much needed mobility and independence. The lowest front bar is high enough that she doesn't hit the external rods on the walker as she holds her right leg in front of her and hops (glides) using her left leg. The hand grips are more comfortable than a walker we initially purchased from WalMart. She has not had stability issues with this walker.
