It took me and my 81 year old dad about 3 hours to assemble (we took a lot of breaks). It exceeded my expectations. I can’t speak to the longevity, but the set is beautiful and very comfortable. The color is very vibrant and the cushions are the perfect firmness. It fits perfectly in my space. Great for the price, looks good, comfortable, and simple to assemble. Save yourself time by using a drill instead of the Allen wrench to tighten the screws. It took me about 2 hours by myself with two breaks. The cushions do slip easily so I’m going to get either Velcro or sticky shelf liner to put under the seat cushions. I’ll probably also get heavy duty zip ties to connect the chairs since I have dogs that will probably push it around the deck otherwise. It does sit lower than a traditional couch but the seats are pretty deep. I’m 5’ my husband is 5’9 and it didn’t feel too small but if you’re really tall it might feel too little. I bought a cover because I don’t think the material is waterproof but wouldn’t get completely drenched either. Typical outdoor pillow and cushion material. ... show more

So happy with this set! Came nicely packed in 3 boxes, went together easily, cushions are good quality with piping and fabric on both sides and absolutely the two ottomans, the main sell point for me! The cushions are a little slippery, but I wanted them to be flippable verses one side use only and just put rug grippy under seats cushions. Customer service was friendly and responsive. Sofa is cute and pretty easy to assemble (though it requires a lot of time with an Allen wrench lol). Got this as a surprise while house sitting for my friends and can’t wait for them to see it!

This 5 piece was very easy to assemble and fit very well in a small area however, the quality of the product was not what I expected. Also the cushions thickness looked more durable online. The cushions do not stay in place and back cushions keep falling down. For this to be a outdoor item, the legs should have been more durable and sit a little higher above the surface. I really feel a little ripped off To have spent $450 on this product. You have to spend more money making adjustments to fit your needs. The best part I like about this piece is it is really cute but the seller need to step up the quality to serve a outsider furniture purpose. ... show more

I am not happy with the delivery, the boxes were left in my drive way, they were not left on my front porch like the delivery confirmation stated. Typically when I receive a delivery from Amazon they ring the doorbell to let me know they delivery my product, this time that did not happen and the only way I knew I had recd anything is because I walked by the window and seen two large boxes in the middle of my drive way, very dissatisfied with the delivery today. I also received another large item from Amazon a treadmill and it too was left in the middle of my drive way. Amazon, you need to do much bettet👎.... The item was not easy to assemble, the instructions just had pictures and letters no words and some of the pieces didn't have letters, very confusing. The visions don't have anything that holds them down , very light and can blow away easily, you might want to put some velcro on them to keep them in place. I am very disappointed in the service I received from Amazon today, I am going to cancel my prime account. The treadmill I received didn't work and the customer service I received was very poor and the person I spoke with could hardly speak English and was hard to understand and provided no help with the third party vendor the treadmill came from. I asked for the direct contact info and I was told Amazon didn't have it, that they communicated with them via a form, smh. Dont purchase any treadmills from Amazon its not worth the headache and disconnected between Amazon and the third party vendor no one can get on contact with. I shopped around for patio furniture at all the usual places and finally figured out that I would still be getting the product in boxes to be assembled. If that's the case, why not order it online and have it delivered to my front door? I took careful note of the measurements and measured my space very carefully several times. It fit my tiny front porch perfectly because you can arrange the pieces exactly how you want them. The one big square piece that I didn't need I put on my back porch as a dog bed. My son assembled it all for me. Not gonna lie; it took him a couple hours (he's easily distracted). But, we're both so happy with the result. It has created a whole extra room onto our home. The cushions slide around a bit. I could fix that easily, but I probably won't make any changes this season. And I'll be sure to bring the cushions in when the rainy season comes. I'm hoping it weathers well; I have really, really enjoyed it this summer! ... show more
