I take turmeric supplements daily and have been benefitting from it nicely so I wanted to try a mask that includes the same ingredient. Because this mask also includes Vitamin C which my skin somehow reacts to, I use it in the daytime and leave on for about 20 mins at a time. It relieves my skin of puffiness and leaves it soft and smooth. The citrusy scent is mild and not overpowering.

This vitamin C mask has a nice citrusy scent that isn't too overwhelming. It has a smooth texture that glides on easily and absorbs nicely leaving skin feeling soft and moisturized. You leave it on overnight and rinse your face with just water in the morning and I have noticed my skin looking brighter and feeling smoother since using it. I do have to say that I also noticed the skin on my cheeks getting a bit red and irritated after using it several times in a row but once I cut back to using it just 2-3 times a week the irritation has gone and my skin does look brighter and more even toned. I would not use this on extremely sensitive skin and I would also recommend only using it a couple times a week at first and gradually increasing to avoid irritation.

I've been using the Turmeric sleeping mask for a few weeks now, and I'm satisfied with the results. The texture of the mask is smooth and easy to apply, and it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. I like how my skin feels in the morning after using it. It's noticeably smoother and more hydrated. But wish that it's less sticky and color, as my pillow case has some stains because of using it overnight.

This product smells very nice, similar to orange juice concentrate. The texture is runny but not drippy, similar to shampoo. The jar comes with a little brush you can use to apply it (I just used my fingers). It is indeed bright yellow due to the turmeric, which had me a little worried about staining. Once the mask dries, it's fine and does not seem to stain anything. You apply it as the final step of your face care routine. For me, this means applying it over my night cream. My skin felt a little softer in the morning, probably due to the extra moisture. I didn't notice any immediate brightening or improvement, though that may change over time. It does feel really good when applying it, a sort of occasional treat for your skin. I am enjoying using this a couple of times per week for self-pampering instead of a sheet mask. Recommended!

(Although, I like to rub it in with my finger.) After my normal evening skincare routine (cleanse, toner, serum, eye cream and moisturizer), I apply a small amount of this and let it absorb in and then go to bed. Then, I wash it off in the shower in the morning. The first time, I used too much, and it didn't all absorb so I had to wipe some off so it wouldn't get on my pillow! It is fine for my sensitive skin and my skin looks and feels great. I can't say that it's brighter, though.
