I decided to try this as my back occasionally bothers me and could use some light support. I found that it helped. It is made of good quality materials and was breathable. The velcro gripped well and stayed in place. It's definitely better to wear over a tight fitting undershirt and not directly on your skin so it doesn't cause irritation. As with most products like this it does roll when sitting which is a bit annoying but I use it mostly when standing so not a huge issue.

I dislike how it doesn’t stay in place it tends to roll. It’s ok wearing standing but it doesn’t stay on well. I was using this after I had my baby but I stopped due to the rolling it was really uncomfortable

My doctor recommended a "postpartum" wrap to see if it helps alleviate any of my chronic illness symptoms. I've tried one other abdominal wrap, but of the two, I prefer this product. While there isn't boning, it offers nice compression and comfortable fabric that has yet to irritate my reactive skin. This product has a good amount of stretch, which allows me to wear it lower towards my hips or under the bust in tandem with my SI belt. I have flared and unstable ribs, but I'm able to position the top of the wrap at the base of my ribcage without pain, unlike the other brand I have. The photo of the wrap on is about as tight as I'd be comfortable wrapping this so I'm able to sit without too much pressure or internal shifting. I like that I can wear this looser as well for lighter stability. The one negative for my use is that it can be tricky to don and achieve my desired tension due to my unstable shoulders, hands, fingers. Overall, I'm hopeful to get some good use out of this for some stabilization and compression. If I notice any downfalls of the product or benefits with more wear, I'll be sure to update this review.

The media could not be loaded. Hospital provided me with a binder but this one is longer. It is not as cushy but in any case I wear a thin cotton sleeve underneath. I like that it not only comes with the regular binder with full length Velcro but also a smaller additional Velcro binder that wraps around anywhere you want more support. You may also want to consider the color. The white one that the hospital gave me is more inclined to get stained.

I was very impressed with this postpartum support wrap. It’s packaged nicely and would make a great registry item. I love the black color since it blends in with my wardrobe. The manufacturing and stitching are well done. This wrap is perfect for c-sections and regular deliveries and helps support shifting organs. I wore one after my last delivery (c-section) and was back down to pre-baby size within 6ish weeks. NOTE!! You have to wear this and other similar wraps OVER a base layer undershirt! It will otherwise irritate your skin! I don’t understand why it’s pictured worn with a bra; that’s silly, it needs to be worn over a tight undershirt (I wear it over a nursing cami) and then it can be covered with another shirt (t-shirt, button up, sweater, whatever). I wear during the day as long as I’m comfortable, taking breaks as needed, and wear up to 3-4 months postpartum. There’s no deadline though, wear it as long as you’re comfortable and need support. This helps mild back pain as well. Very well made and would recommend to others!! I hope you found this review helpful 😄
