So I have been taking these for the past 2 weeks faithfully and it has actually helped! I started at a 46inch waist and now I'm at a 42 inch. That's a lot in 2 weeks. Now I would recommend a small snack of sorts in between but take 1 in the morning and 1 In the afternoonish (says to take 2 daily so I just split it up) I would really recommend it also if you have a vit.D deficiency like I have. My hair has stopped breaking and falling out every time I touch it so it really helps with that as well! My nails are so strong and long now too!!!! ( They were also breaking just like my hair). This is not a miracle gummy but oh boy let me tell ya it does do something positive and I have been looking for something like this for a long time!
