So I have been taking these for the past 2 weeks faithfully and it has actually helped! I started at a 46inch waist and now I'm at a 42 inch. That's a lot in 2 weeks. Now I would recommend a small snack of sorts in between but take 1 in the morning and 1 In the afternoonish (says to take 2 daily so I just split it up) I would really recommend it also if you have a vit.D deficiency like I have. My hair has stopped breaking and falling out every time I touch it so it really helps with that as well! My nails are so strong and long now too!!!! ( They were also breaking just like my hair). This is not a miracle gummy but oh boy let me tell ya it does do something positive and I have been looking for something like this for a long time! Bought these for my husband who struggles with swallowing pills. He loves fruit snacks so thought we’d give these a try. He said these have a very strong flavor, like a more tart fruit snack. There is a slight aftertaste but not terrible. The citrus berry flavor is pleasant and he doesn’t see an issue with taking two of these a day, better than chalky pills! ... show more

Started taking these Feb. 27th and it is currently Mar. 3rd. First thing, they taste really good so you have to resist the urge to take more than the recommended dosage. Second, they do suppress your appetite. I actually went 26 hours without eating Mar. 2nd thru the 3rd. Down 4 lbs and counting.

The media could not be loaded. I got the vitafusion GLP-1 Support Multivitamin at a really good price, which was one of the reasons I decided to try them. They taste good and are easy to take. I haven’t used them long enough yet to tell for sure if they actually work or make a noticeable difference, but so far I’m happy with the experience.
