I have been collecting sunglasses for a long time now. At this point I probably own close to 50 different pairs, and I’ve been buying them for a few decades. A lot of my collection is made up of expensive brands like Oakleys and Ray-Bans, but I’m always keeping an eye out for new shapes and styles that look interesting. When I saw this pair online, I liked the look of the oversized square design in the pictures. Since they were only about nine dollars, I figured it was worth ordering them just to see how they looked in person. After trying them on, I have to say they actually look pretty good for such an inexpensive pair of sunglasses. The large square style definitely stands out compared to many of the other sunglasses I own. They have that bold look that catches your attention right away, and they fit comfortably enough for casual use. They obviously aren’t competing with the premium pairs in my collection, but that was never my expectation considering the price. For $9, these turned out to be a great find. Now, I will say that when you feel them in your hands, you can tell that they are inexpensive. The frame has a plastic feel to it. But for $9, I was expecting that and it did not affect my rating. The important thing is when you wear them, other people can’t notice that they are inexpensive. They look good and sometimes it’s nice to grab a pair that has a different style without spending a lot of money. I will probably keep these in the rotation for casual use, especially when I want something with a larger frame look. I was looking for trendy and cute oversized sunglasses that don't snag my hair since I often push them up on my head when not driving. It's a habit. My former sunglasses snagged and pulled my hair. When I saw these, I thought they looked perfect. They are! When these arrived, I immediately tried them on and love how comfy they are. I have a wide and round face and these don't slide down my nose at all. They fit so nicely and are all one piece in the front with no pieces to grab onto my hair strands. They are nice and dark and block out the bright Texas sun. They are trendy and cute and my teens even approve of them. It's rare to find something that is accepted by Gen X and Gen Z alike. I love these and so far they are my fave sunglasses I have owned in recent times. They are also a great value. Side note: My diva dachshund thinks they are hers now (photo) but I think they fit me a tad bit better. ... show more

Unfortunately, this item was really small and way too tight on my face. It didn’t have enough stretch or flexibility to fit comfortably, and it felt restrictive as soon as I tried it on. Because of how tight it was, it was uncomfortable to wear and just didn’t seem sized well for a normal adult fit.     • Comfortable, Durable, and Surprisingly Great for Daily Wear

I really liked the look of these right out of the box, and honestly didn’t have high expectations for sunglasses so affordable. They have completely won me over. They sit comfortably on the face with no pressure points, even after wearing them for long stretches. The nose is smooth and don’t leave marks or add strain. The frame and accent colors look great in person and haven’t faded or rubbed off at all. The hinges are strong and have a firm open/close feel, which I actually appreciate. My toddler loves the bright yellow lenses and puts these glasses through their paces, and even with the occasional bend in the wrong direction, the frames hold together without loosening or warping. The yellow lenses add a really nice contrast outdoors and help cut down glare when driving. They make everything feel a bit sharper without being overly tinted.
