I’m not a newbie at assembling furniture and usually generous with judging a product. Hardware open in both chairs, some of the hardware missing all together, holes not drilled, notches not sufficient to comfortably insert parts and the fabric on one of the chairs was not prepped at all for receiving the pull ring. Fortunately I have a handy Ace Hardware store nearby to purchase necessary missing hardware. Pay a few dollars more and receive a properly prepared, ready to assemble unit. This company goes on my “Amazon Do Not Buy From list”.

I love the bar stools, however, only two were delivered undamaged. The delivery service damaged two. We ended up with only two, because they wouldn’t deliver only two more. They said we had to receive four more and I didn’t want to put up with the hassle. So we have two beautiful stools, not the four we ordered.

These chairs were pretty but came with missing pieces. After months of going back and forth with the seller and amazon I decided to send these back. the seller offer for 30% off and for me to keep the chairs and said no after a month amazon gave me the money back but i still had the chairs. I really dont have anything bad to say about the chairs other than that. the chairs are comfortable and it was easy to assemble besides t6he missing pieces. the height could have been taller for a pub style table but overall ok
