This is my third one I have purchased. I give these to my daughters when they start taking violin lessons and are progressing. They are very proud of them. This goes to my 5 year old. I also can teach her how to take care of quality jewelry before I give her very expensive jewelry. These are very good silver necklaces but children need to learn to put things away and not lose them before I give them very expensive jewelry pieces.
