I needed something to organize my vinyl rolls. I chose this because it seemed to have a slightly wider depth (front to back, once assembled), making it a little more stable. That part is good. I ordered several packs of these, and as you can see from the images, several pieces had burn marks or burnt powder. I assume this is the powder that results from the drilling. Anyway, it would not be a big deal, but even after a lot of cleaning and scrubbing, some of it would not come off, and I do not want my craft room/ office looking all dirty. That aside, I got some of it off, and once the rolls are in, it is not too bad; I put the worst spots facing back. Next are the acrylic posts that attach the front and back pieces. The screw holes were pre-drilled, but the material melted inside those drilled holes and blocked most of them. I had to re-drill several holes with my cordless Ryobi. Here's a tip, you will want to drill a little slow because if you do it too fast, the friction causes the acrylic to melt again. I had to use my screws because the screws that were provided did not work on the holes that I had to drill. That aside, it is not too difficult, just a pain. These types of vinyl storage are not the most stable unless you attach them to the shelf. These will serve the purpose for which I bought them until I come up with something better. I would not repurchase these (from any seller) because they are a bit more unstable than I expected and because of the added work of cleaning and re-drilling. I gave 3 stars because of the added cleaning and drilling work that i had to do. Everything else was as expected.

It’ll do the job but it’s very cheap made not safe to be around kids cause the screws are very loose even when u try to tighten them

I needed to organize my vinyl rolls and this rack does what I needed it to do. It needs to be assembled and here is where my complaint comes in. Tools are provided , however In several spots the pre-drilled holes were either not drilled at all or were drilled too big. I had to dig into the plastic to create my own holes and add crazy glue to the ones that were too big. What should have been an easy 5 minute job became a chore that you shouldn’t have to do with a brand new item. Once it was together, the rack does the job I wanted it to do. UPDATE: after my review I was contacted by the company. I will add that customer service seems to be responsive.
